I thought I was booking a room at Candle Suites, Frisco Texas, directly, but it turns out I was dealing with Hotel Values. I booked a “Studio 1 King Bed Suite, Hearing accessible, Roll in Shower. “ what I got was a queen bed and reg shower. Clerk at the desk said it was the last room available. I have a very bad back and require hand bars and a seat to shower. When I went to the desk to make inquiries that’s when I found out I had been dealing with a third party (hotel values). the hotel said they were not responsible for any mistakes made by hotel values. They were able to give me a shower seat but that was all. The charges for the room I booked was

The hotel couldn’t help me with the cost because it was hotel values cost.
I feel totally ripped off, we were there for my grandsons wedding and the accommodations we had were challenging and uncomfortable for us.
Claimed loss: Difference between what I paid for the king bed etc. and what we actually got, the queen bed etc.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund.
