I book an hotel with you and the hotel don't receive any confirmation for my check-in. I had to repay at the hotel to have a room for the night. I want to be refund for what i booked with you. This is the receipt of my credit card below

I made reservations during an ice storm in Oklahoma City for Oct 30 thru Nov 2, at Home2, Quail Springs, Oklahoma City, OK 73142, but our electricity was repaired, and I CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY. The charge of $620.51 still showed up on our credit card. We called the credit card describing the problem, but are letting them try to solve it. I called the hotel, also, and they suggested I contact Hotelvalues, and have them call the Home2 at [protected]. So, I tried calling the phone number next to the charge on the credit card bill, and they answered as "Get a Room", all by computer of course, and then it hung up on me when I pressed to talk to someone.
