Fortunately the reservation has NOT been sent to IBIS Sisteron n is obviously VOID.
Please proceed with refund asap.

A charge for $211.17 made for room service at Hyatt Hotels for December 12, 2023 and no evidence of payment to Hyatt account shown . Request full reimbursement.

I cancelled within 24 hours.

Did not stay.

Rebooked successfully for next day 19/10/23

You have taken the full charge for both stays NOT one.

Please refund one immediately

I booked a one night stay in showboat in Atlantic City NJ on 9/18/23 but cancelled it with in one hour on booking.com and it clearly said free cancellation until 9/20/23 but still charged me $298.74. A bunch of crooks.

I made a reservation through this site yesterday June 19 2023 and was charged a rate far above the advertised rate. I immediately cancelled the reservation within the hour but till now I did not get any refund.

Please refund my money ASAP.

HotelValues is not providing any value to customers. They are ripping people off. Customers should file a class action lawsuit against this company. The company is being deceptive and not refunding customers.

No one wants to be a customer of this company because it is not providing any value added services. Only ripping travelers off.

Hotelvalues.com guestreservations.com Travel Agent all same company. Advertise a very low rate than hit you with huge service fees on confirmation doubling your bill. Avoid at all costs.

we don`t know why this could have happened. You send us a confirmation about our stay at Holiday Inn Bologna fiera from Feb. 15 to Feb 17. We booked and shall be travelling from March 16 to March 18.

When I made this reservation I chose the free cancellation option. However, after I paid it stated that its nonrefundable. My receipt stated it’s refundable if canceled.

The incident happened on February 1 11:36am GMT+10. I called them to cancel several times and was told it was nonrefundable. The advertisement is deceitful.

I thought I was booking directly with the hotel so I could cancel if I needed to. I did need to cancel due to a medical emergency and there's no refund. Deceptive practices.

Thought I was booking for a hotel in Michigan and the website changed my reservation to a hotel in Canada! I tried to get a refund and they said it was non refundable? What? It was literally not my fault. Wanted to speak to a manager and they said there was nothing they could do and would not connect me

Booked a reservation from 10/7-10/11/22 for LaQuinta Inns and Suites via HotelValues

Ft Myers Fl. Fully paid and guaranteed. $700.01

Hotel was closed due to hurricane damage in Ft Myers and I could not use the facility that was reserved.

I booked a room for 138 per night. Hotel values.com took $220 in fees. The room was disgusting. I complained to the hotel, they told me they would refund half of my payment BUT they refunded it to hotelvalues.com, and I have NEVER received it.

I made reservations during an ice storm in Oklahoma City for Oct 30 thru Nov 2, at Home2, Quail Springs, Oklahoma City, OK 73142, but our electricity was repaired, and I CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY. The charge of $620.51 still showed up on our credit card. We called the credit card describing the problem, but are letting them try to solve it. I called the hotel, also, and they suggested I contact Hotelvalues, and have them call the Home2 at [protected]. So, I tried calling the phone number next to the charge on the credit card bill, and they answered as "Get a Room", all by computer of course, and then it hung up on me when I pressed to talk to someone.
