Booking
I was told the room I booked in San Antonio at the Durry Hotel was refundable but they immediately charged my card and now I can't reach them. I canceled the room Reservations moments after I made it because it was for the wrong dates. I was emailed saying it was canceled but my card was still charged. I will dispute this charge with my bank.

I was attempting to book 2 rooms, online, at the Hampton Inn in Rockport Texas. I typed in Hampton Inn, Rockport Texas, and was directed to, what I thought was the official Hampton Inn website.
