HotelsOne.com review: Never again

I made a double booking for one night for accomodation in launceston. i had already booked the same night with another travel co. As soon as i realised my error i cancelled my booking with Hotels One (just after a few hours). I asked for a refund due to my stupid mistake. However as the booking was made in advance, their policy is you don't turn up, then you forfeit your cash. So i was refused a refund. Dropped $235 from my bank account. Thanks for nothing. Be aware. Never deal with them again
