Hooters review: Service

My wife placed an order for some wings, chili, fries and a salad, order number 208. She was told 30-33 minutes. order placed at 7:09. I paid for the order at 7:21 pm. I was out the door at 8:13pm. With my food. When I got home I was missing the salad and cheese for the fries. My wife called back at 8:33 pm and Carrie told her no problem 25 minutes but offered to credit the salad. I went back to get my salad and cheese I walked in the door at 0850 I spoke to the person at the front who said did your wife call I said yes. She said let me check. At 0917 I went to the back where the person I spoke with and said I'm done. I just want a credit for my salad. She said I have to find a manager. She walked by a couple times and finally said ok she said she'd credit you the order I said no I'll pay for what I bought. She walked away again and was talking to another person. I walked over and asked if she was the manager. She said yes I'm crediting the order I said no I'll pay for what I bought. She said we are short staffed. I said I don't care she said we only have 1 cook. I said I don't care maybe you shouldn't have opened the doors. She then said so you'd have every restaurant that's short staffed closed. I said this is absurd I don't care. She then said get out I don't like your attitude. I asked for my receipt back which she slapped in my hand and again said get out. I left without saying a thing called my wife in the car and told her Carrie threw me out and said she didn't like what I said. My wife said what? She then called Carrie back at 938pm and asked her what is going on. She said she credited the food and said I didn't like your attitude the first time you called and you're banned along with your husband from this restaurant for life. She said you can't go into any Hooters ever for the rest of your life they'll throw you out. I'm 62 years old and travelled the world but never in my life have I been treated like this ever anywhere. Not sure what is going on there but again the whole thing is absurd.
