Hooters review: food and service

Myself and 6 friends went to hooters last night for food and drink. At 830 we ended up leaving very irritated. Hooters was NOT crowded and there weren't any "big" games on. But, after the third time that out waitress Kennedy said "your food is coming up" we ended up leaving. I really don't understand. Most places are understaffed. But last night at least there were seemingly plenty of waitresses I don't know about kitchen help. But over a two hour wait for wings is ridiculous. It's a shame that hooters is going down hill. Every time we go it gets worse
