Nostalgia for this brand is diminishing due to a clear lack of leadership resolve. Nothing about the brand’s identity is unclear. Mr. Fox, franchise owner for Florida and Alabama, continues to recycle ineffective decision‑makers from his failed Florida stores into the Mobile, AL location, producing the same decline.
This location's operating style is unmistakable: Activities involving illegal drug solicitation and the exchange of sexual acts for compensation, irrespective of gender; aggressive sales tactics, internal conflict, severe sewer issues, and chronically failing A.C. systems. By empowering his scion Jason, Mr. Fox has enabled the same deterioration seen in Florida.
“It’s understandable that many young women here struggle under expectations that were never realistic.” Let’s keep the focus off the young women who are showing up and doing the work, and put the accountability where it’s truly due. The root cause is poor ownership and the continual recycling of unqualified management.
