Hooters review: both

Hi There, just to let you know. On our visit tonight. It had to be the worst ever dining experience. Poor service, food not turning up. Then no sides arrived, never saw server to ask anything. Only turned up after we ate what had turned up, no drink refills or even asked how things are. Check arrived with everything on it including food which never turned up. Spoke to manager, who seemed not really to care.
Anyway, definitely put us off ever going back. Hope this helps to provide a better service to other clientele.
