Home Depot Customer service protocol

have contacted customer service multiple time to inform have not received a statement. On a couple occasions it was noted I should wait for statement. Also true on 6/21 when payment is due 6/24.
After much deliberation had been informed another statement would be issued. 6-10 days for receipt of new statement. After payment is due. Will still be issued late charge.

Desired outcome: Foe Home Depot to allow for direct customer contact

Home Depot Customer service

Customer Service is non existent at store 2507.
This is not the first time I have voiced an issue regarding this location. I must admit the then "manager" called, giving excuses and more or less making it seemed as if it was a one time occurrence.
Several times I have struggled through this store only to find associates watching but not actually assisting. I don't like going to the other location because it's much further and 2507 is down the street, however; who wants to put with nastiness for convenience. Does it really suffice to write these complaints? I have not seen improvement in 2507 since my last complaint in 2020. It's sad, the location:10 wares/goods:10 professionalism/customer service-10. I know what to look for in customer service. I am a secret shopper (not for your company, thank goodness) and before I retired
executive manager of customer service for a fortune 100 company for over fifteen years. I do have a bit of experience and know what not and to look for.

Home Depot Availability

I have shopped numerous times on the website to make sure they have in the store what i want...but 9 out of 10 times its not there..this is extremely frustrating when you take the time to research, and then go there and zero...NOTHING... I guess I'll have to drive a little farther, but lowes will have what there website says...

See this is what Im talking about. Ive responded to this e-mail twice and still keep getting it..I will never EVER shop at home depot again an I will surely let all my friends and family know about this...Thank You for Nothing

Home Depot Frigidaire upright 16 cu ft freezer

The freezer was delivered on 26 May 2021 - it was cold for the first few hours then began to warm up - I did not know at 48 hours that the freezer was broken - I can't return it according to the ridiculous Home Depot return policy for appliances - trying to get Fridgidaire service was a nightmare - service person diagnosed problem as a defective control board - 3 weeks later, still no working freezer - very disappointed with both Home Depot and Fridgidaire.

Home Depot Bought 3 appliances - cancelled and they paid off hd credit card without my consent

I bought 3 appliances on a Home Depot credit card and a Visa. I went to cancel the order when I noticed Home Depot online was cheaper than the price they charged me. The customer service rep paid off my newly opened Home Depot credit card with my Visa card (I placed orders on both to get me more "savings"). This was done obviously to ensure the sales person got commission.

A month later I noticed the charge on my credit card and had to go back in. The said they can't reverse the charge, but that they will mail me a check. Still in process apparently. They said this wasn't "fraud" but an honest mistake. Yeah, I bet.

Desired outcome: Get my money back

Home Depot Service and delivery

Service sucks. Order washer and dryer. Delivery called an hour before for a 30 minute heads up, got there, waited 10 and left, then called and rescheduled foe 2 weeks. Were rude and didn't want to see phone log. Did not care that someone was there to accept delivery if they only called.

What do you do in this situation? What I did. Canceled and ordered next day delivery with Lowe's. Lowe's is my new to go store now.

Home Depot Paint matching

Your paint matching department continues to go down hill. I am a regular customer and have bought paint dozens of times. Years ago personnel in your paint department were conscientious. Not any more. The last five or six times the matches have been subpar. Today was ridiculous. The attendant first tried to tell me the trim piece I wanted matched was there standard white. He could tell by looking at it. When I ask him to match it, he used the equipment to determine the formula. Then he went to get the base paint and said he was right it was the standard white. Then he added color? Shook it, then put a drop on the on the lid and handed it to me. I asked him if he could put it on the sample. He did then said it's a little bright but it's a match. I should not have accepted it but I did. Now I am not happy about this. This happened in Madison hts Michigan about 7am. Home Depot should start training the paint people better.

Home Depot Paid home services... Still no fence installed after 4 months!

Home Depot took $11, 216 Not in good faith without any communication about installing our fence in June 2021 for over 17 WEEKS!

This complaint is filed against The Home Depot, Inc. in providing a contract for fencing services which they have not provided in any capacity. Since August 2020 and into February 2021 Bratton Brothers, Inc. provided an estimate and signed our Fence Agreement as the Home Depot service provider and fence installer. Along with Home Depot Pro Desk, Bratton Brothers agreed to provide the fence we purchased and Home Depot removed 50% of the Home Depot Project Loan in the amount of $11, 216. This was to be for fencing materials and logistics for purchasing materials, yet no materials were ever purchased until late May 2021. Neither Home Depot nor Bratton Brothers provided any invoice, purchase order, or bill of materials to show what this taken money was used for even after repeated requests by Customer. More importantly neither Home Depot nor Bratton Brothers have provided any communication to provide services as in the agreement including delivery of pickets from supplier, delivery rails and posts, and scheduling of fence installation.

This complaint is filed against both Home Depot of Atlanta, GA and Bratton Brothers of Murfreesboro, TN for signing a contract for fencing services which they have never provided for or installed in any capacity. For over a month both companies have refused all communications, they will not respond or reply to emails, and neither company will receive or make phone calls to us about this Fence Agreement signed 2/27/2021. The Home Depot Project Loan we received was for $24, 000 to pay for entire fence project, and is serviced by GreenSky Loan Servicing with funds provided by Flagstar Bank. This loan has an expiration date of 8/19/2021 to get fully utilized for payment of goods and services. However, the loan payments have been active since March 2021 and we have been making payments in good faith while receiving No goods or services by Home Depot or Bratton Brothers. Due to the refusal of both companies to communicate or provide services, the Customer has requested the Home Depot Project Loan be frozen against further fraud and theft of money by Home Depot.

The Customer agreed to a fence installation project; the Customer is making payments on the loan for money that was to be used for fence project; yet to this day both companies have refused contact to provide services to install our fence. Not one person at Home Depot or Bratton Brothers did what they promised, they basically have been and continue to mislead the Customer for 17 weeks. Not one person at Home Depot nor Bratton Brothers has actually followed through with a promise to get progress toward resolution to get our fence installed--In June 2021 We Got Nothing!

Desired outcome: Transfer fence project agreement or cancel contract and return All monies removed from Customer's Home Depot Project Loan for No services provided.

Home Depot Refrigerator / RF263BEAESG

I purchased this fridge 05/02/2018. I soon had problems with the Ice Maker. Three years into a five year warranty/with extended one year, four plus services one the ice maker, it cannot be repaired. Samsung stated that [T]they only warrant the refrigerator for one year and would only do a refund on the current value of the refrigerator. Which means that I get only three years of service and left with an irreparable unit. I also loss three years of warranty costs.
For Home Depot what is your position on this matter? You obviously have five of the six years warranty responsibility.

Home Depot Installation

I ordered and paid $40K for kitchen cabinet resurfacing & countertops in early March 2021, it is now almost July 2021 and nothing has happened. Eric Tumey is worthless... he "promised" his assistance throughout the process, but has been contactless ever since. I've now been working with Patricia Mitchell who has been helpful and initially communicative, but has since forgotten and misguided us in our install. It was to happen 6/14 but nobody showed, and now I'm being told it will happen in July sometime. WTF? I believe communication is key and I can work with changes when informed, but why do I have to call to seek the answers? My home is in disarray due to this situation and it will seem to be so through the Holiday weekends when when we have family visiting from Father's Day thru Independence Day. Not a Happy Camper!

Home Depot Ordered a new freezer in good faith

Note below, I called several departments today and went to our local Merced CA store to see if I could get an exchange on the today, NOPE repair first, they will sent out a repair man. As you can see we purchased on April 7th and receive in on May 6th we started the unit up and let is sit for three days to allow it to cool down before we put other per frozen items in, the majority of the product was assort wild elk, deer, mountain goat, and other wild game, about 5K worth of product. We kept an eye on the unit until we left for vacation may 16th and return on the 23rd to find that the top tree layers were thawed out, the bottom were still were some what frozen, we removed the spoiled game meat and chucked it and retained the balance only to chuck it a week later. You can have is fixed and keep it I don't want to take another chance with a unit I have no trust in. I am willing to purchase and $850 upgrade have the failed picked up and bring me another one, see what you can and let me know. Thank you.

Home Depot Ryobi backpack blower

On two different occasion I went into the St CLoud Fl home depot.
I had the service desk help me on a order 1st order H6350-183044. So after 2 weeks I haven't heard I went back to the store and found out the store cancel the order did not even notify me. So again different service person place the order again H6350-185812 same item. I get a call the next day to inform me they are canceling my order. I asked why since they do not have it in stock. I inform her that both time they did the order for an online. She informed me that they did the order both times wrong. She told me I had to come in again. I asked to speak for the manager and she hung up on me. I been a loyal customer to home depot for both personal and my business. I will be now switching to Lowes

Home Depot Upright freezer

No freezers on floor as stated on web. Made trip for nothing. Ordered online got shipping date of 06/13/2021. Day before they call and cancel after I already requested that day off to get freezer. They rescheduled to 15th so I take half day off and guess what? NO CALL NO SHOW! At this point I've lost day and half pay over taking off and being jerked around by shipper and home depot. Home depot does nothing but give you run around and tell you be available for shipper or be rescheduled plain and simple. I got stood up today called home depot and was told shipper was closed and next delivery date was 21st. Basically i told home depot where to put their freezer and I will never buy another item from home depot you at shipper mercy and home depot could care less!

Home Depot False claims

Ordered a generator from Home Depot. When I attempted to take delivery I inquired as to my military
discount. Contrary to published guide lines, I was informed my discount only applied to items purchased
in the store . This is in contrast to previous messages on line from Home Depot. I opted not to complete

Home Depot Delivery service and local home depot not solving problem

Home Depot Website problem

Hello,

I needed some R-30 insulation, to cover 535 square feet. I found it on your website:

To calculate how much I would need I put in the numbers 51 and 10, and got the result that I needed 10 units, which would cover 568.3 sq ft, at a cost of $7806.40.

Therefore I ordered 8 units (all I could find). The orders are

WD73410307 5 pallets $4175.90
WD73403978 3 pallets $3539.68
The latter order is being looked into: Case # [protected]

However, when I received the 5 pallet order, I found that each bag (there are 10 in a pallet) contains 56.83 square feet of insulation. Therefore 1 pallet, not 10, would do the job.

In other words, your website does not calculate the amount needed correctly. I have ordered much too much.

If I could get a truck to come to my driveway and pick up the extra, it would be no problem. However, I live on Chebeague Island, Maine. The insulation is first dropped off at Casco Bay Lines in Portland, Maine, and they send it to Chebeague Island, where I hire a local driver to deliver it to me. These steps cost me literally hundreds of dollars.

I trust you can do something about this problem.
