Home Depot Delay in receiving of items

I can't go on with this company
Since May 8 I ordered my items I haven't gotten them
I tracked it all I could see was
The items was sent to Sender

I didn't received it

And now I dont care
All I want is my money right away
I can't stand it
Nothing more but my money!

You people should do everything possible and send my money into my account
I urgently need it

Please bring the hot dogs back to Home Depot’s in Michigan. This was a great way to grab a bite after I shop so I can return to work after shopping. It was so convenient to purposely pass Lowe’s and Menards to combine food and shopping.

Home Depot Veterans discount

Home Depot offers a 10% Veteran's Discount in the stores, but will not honor it online like Lowes does. Why! I went into the store to order an air conditioner, where I would have gotten a 10% discount, and they referred me to homedepot.com where it was available and I bought it. I was told by customer service that my discount would not be honored online. Is this a ploy to make more money? Lowes honors Veterans with a discount both in the store and online. Shame on you Home Depot for only supporting Veterans "sometimes".

Home Depot Delivery

Just like everyone else, I waited all day for a delivery which never came. Even tracked it online and called a few times to see if it was being delivered that day which, of course, they assured me it was. No phone calls, never showed up. How disrespectful can a company be to their customer? Home Depot's delivery service is the worst!

Home Depot Delivery service

All Concerned and Christopher T. Donckels (District Manager):

July 3, 2021 I purchased over $3, 800 worth of merchandise from Home Depot. The order number is H0668-230192. I was scheduled a July 10, 2021 delivery at 3229 Cherry Blossom Court Perris, Ca. I received the automatic phone call for delivery the day before. I was informed my delivery time was between 1000-1400. I personally called the Murrieta Store on July 9, 2021 to give specific directions to my home. On June 30, 2021 my wife and I moved to a new development. The customer service rep ensured me the information is in the system. Please note my home is only 1.5 miles from the 215 freeway. Not hard to find if the directions given was passed down to drivers. This is the first failure point.
July 10, 2021 received a phone call at 1001. At that time I was outside of my house talking to my neighbor and missed the call. I returned the call at 1004. No answer. Left message. No return call. Left text. No return text. Honestly I was not sure who called. The number was 1-562-939-9449 (ID as United States). This number is a non-return app number. Your a customer service base business and customers can't contact drivers. Second failure point.
I figure it was not the driver who called because they would have answered the phone or returned my text/message. I was totally wrong. So I waited around my house. I continuously checked the order status via internet about delivery status. It stated all day, "Items on truck and out for delivery". I called Murrieta Store about 1300 and was informed we should have a delivery before 1400. At 1430 no delivery and no follow up with customer. Third failure point. I was directed by the Murrieta Store to contact the delivery department. This is where your customer support service was below poor.
Between myself and my wife we called the 1-877-946-9843 number three times. We received three different responses on why our items were not delivered. The first rep made it my fault because I didn't answer the 1001 call. Even though I called right back to the bogus I don't want to be bothered by the customer number. The second rep said they was lost in Lake Elsinore and needed directions. That city is 10 miles from me. Remember I called the day before and gave specific directions to my home. If a driver is lost why call from a bogus number. It should be a two way communication from driver to customer. Just a thought. The third rep informed us we have to wait for the next available delivery on Wednesday. That was unacceptable and poor customer service. Your company drop the ball and the customer pays for it? Neither of the first three reps didn't even attempt to satisfy to situation.
My wife called Murrieta Store and talked a Store Manager name Billy. He actually listened to the situation unlike the three reps. He ensured me our items will be delivered Monday. He was going to email and/or text me with delivery time either Saturday evening or Sunday. Its currently 1638 Monday and have not heard a peep from him. No follow-up. Please understand I work Mon-Sat. I took Saturday off from work with no delivery. I took Monday off from work with no delivery or follow up from Billy. Now I have a take off Wednesday because people refuse to do their job with efficiency.
In another lifetime I was a Store Manager for Circuit City. I understand the customer service and delivery business. I'm just disappointed that a customer can spend so much money and get treated with little respect. I guess its the way things are done these days. So as my food spoil (trying to salvage from a ice chest) and dirty clothes pile up I will miss another day of pay and just hope you guys decide to show up Wednesday.

I thought I was the only one with a problem with HD delivery service. They are the worst of the worst! Calling HD to complaint is just a waste of time. I have had too many bad experiences with these people, I would not know where to start. These guys walk in your house and look for reasons not to work. It’s just sad that a paying customer has to go through this. I just had another bad experience yesterday with the delivery of a dishwasher, that I did not receive. Now, that’s another 1000.00 dollars HD is out of. How can this delivery company stay in business? I have tried Lowe’s, who was good at first, but I started having problems with the deliveries. Guess what? They use the same delivery company! I am up in age, but looking at the people behind me, they are going to have a bigger problem because they are these people that is making these deliveries. Poor customer service. No one listens, no one cares, and tries to keep your money. These kids don’t want to work and always looking for an easy way out. The managers in these stores aren’t trained to listen, (like back in my days of working). We listened, we were glad to have a job, and always went up and beyond to give good service. I know everyone is entitled to a bad day, but this service is beyond bad. Good luck to the younger generation!

A month ago, we ordered a kitchen sink and requested that it be delivered to the Home Depot in Lincoln, CA store so that we could pick up after examining it to make sure no scratches or dents were present. Delivery date came and went. We needed this sink for a remodel of our kitchen. The contractors called two weeks after the expected delivery date, they wanted to start the job. We contacted Home Depot and were told that the sink was lost in transit. Another order was placed. I requested a tracking number and Home Depot said that the sink was placed on a truck without tracking information and that it should be received 7 -10 days after our second order. I called today and still no sink. I am so frustrated; I am ready to cancel my entire order. I refuse to place a third sink order. Would it have been better to have it delivered to our home address? I don't know. My husband is too patient. I'm the type to start a project than move on. The holidays will be here soon, and I don't want them doing a complete kitchen remodel at that time. I am totally disquoted and disappointed with Home Depot.

Home Depot Installation of windows, screens and doors

In Oct 2020, we ordered some windows and then waited to be installed
and then we ordered more windows and a door and waited to be installed.
The total order cost $ 22, 000.00-- not cheap so we expected good
service and done correctly. When the 1st set of windows were installed
the installers bent the frames and put holes in screens and the wood
installed along edge of windows to frame all split. We were told
by Home Depot this would be taken care by the installer and we have
been waiting over 3 weeks now for this job to be done and still has
not been taken care of. The installation team Home Depot has are just
terrible to work with, they call and say they are coming and never show
up. We have left messages at Home Depot who we purchased everything
from and they never return calls. We have paid this in job in full and
are expecting this job to be done AND want to know when this will be.

Home Depot Outdoor dept./umbrella

Good Morning

On Saturday July 10th I was at Home Depot Rexdale, I enquired about an umbrella that was on display as the price/sku was not on the umbrella instead a picture/price chart for all umbrellas was displayed. The associate checked and advise the price was $188.00 she checked stock and none was in stock; I then asked if I could purchase the display she said let her ask the Manager.
After 3 calls and waited for over 45 minutes the Manager finally showed up; I explained that I would like to purchase the display and he said ok no problem.
He searched for the price for another half an hour then came back to let me know that he would give it to me for $188.00 less 25% since it is the display and if I could pay for it and pick it up on Sunday instead. I said ok no problem.
He asked me to follow him over to an associate that he signed the paper with price and discount and ask her to cash me out.

As I waited to pay for the umbrella THE CASHIER decided that this umbrella is not $188.00 even though she had paper that the Manager signed with price and discount. She in turn called the Manager back went over to the umbrella to check it out while I waited at the register to pay; after half an hour they both came back to say the umbrella is in fact $649.00 and not $188.00 and I cannot get it for that price even though he had promised and sign paper to give me that price. The associate went on to say we don't have any of the $188.00 umbrella in stock and I could go home and order online for the $188.00.

At this time I was furious and said I will be complaining to Jason who is the store Manager. I waited over 2 hours only to leave store without the umbrella because the cashier made an Executive decision that I couldn't get it for that price.
What kind of service is this and if I was told price by 2 separate people including the Manager of the outdoor dept. why was I denied getting the umbrella on display for the $188.00 less 25% regardless of value?

I would appreciate someone to get back to me with an answer and I would like that same umbrella for the price I was Promised.

Home Depot Undelivered appliances

3 appliances, purchased May 25, 2021, #H0152-143633, delivery scheduled June 26, 2021. On June 25, I received 3 phone calls and an email informing me of my June 26 4-hour delivery window. I emptied and cleaned all the haul-away appliances. When the 4 hours had passed, I called HD customer service and, after several transfers and holds, was informed only the dishwasher was at the trucking firm, the refrigerator and range had not even been received from the manufacturer, and the dishwasher they did have would be held until the others were delivered, with a new delivery date of July 7. No one from Home Depot or JBHunt or LG ever had the courtesy to contact us to inform us that no delivery was being made, after confirming several times that it was.
July 6, I checked and saw that no delivery was scheduled for July 7, as was promised on June 26. Again I called Home Depot customer service, to be told that the range and refrigerator were at JBHunt but would not be delivered, because they cannot find the dishwasher, and delivery will only be made of all 3 appliances together.
When I made this purchase and the appliances were in inventory, I asked if they could be sold away to someone else before the scheduled delivery date. The salesperson assured me that these appliances were now taken out of inventory and set aside for delivery to me. Meanwhile I paid for the purchases.
Now we are 6 weeks after purchase, and no one at Home Depot or JBHunt knows anything about where my appliances are or when they
might be delivered. No one from anywhere has communicated with me.
Meanwhile, we bought and paid for 2 more appliances for another property, #H0152-145579, set for July 7 delivery. They were brought to the house, both too damaged to accept. Despite the fault not being ours, they have set a new delivery date of August 3 - FOUR weeks later. Surely Home Depot can do better than that!
This is not a pandemic issue, but a sad instance of very negligent and uncaring customer service.

Home Depot Lumber and kitchens

I started my home construction (new build) May of 2018. Yes I am patient but enough is enough. The first issue I had was in May of 2018. I went to the pro desk and ordered 74 sticks of 2"X6"X14'. I was assured they would be ready for pick up the following morning at 0700. I got there at 0700 and nothing was ready for pick up. This cost me two additional hours I paid a contractor to wait for HD screwup.
The next issue was when my contractor ordered the drywall and was assured it would be delivered the following morning NLT 0945. At 1045 I contacted the store and was told that the truck was leaving Gaylord store (ordered from Petoskey) no sooner than 1230 and they were not sure where I was on the list to be delivered. At 1445 the driver contacted me and let me know that he would not drive down my driveway and would be using his Moffit to fork in the drywall. There had been a minimum of 3 semi's and 12 concrete trucks in my driveway by that point in the construction. My contractor was able to start the project at 1600 that day. Literally 6 hours later.
When I ordered my kitchen cabinets and paid for them the following week an employee contacted me and said I had not paid the correct amount. I was told I was $1, 000 short of what they had quoted me. I asked to speak to the manager and admonished him for having that employee call me and ended the call.
The kitchen cabinets I ordered came and when I came to check on them (installed) they were the wrong finish. It took 18 phone calls to and from HD, Kraft Maid, and MKD to rectify the situation over a 2 month period. When the new cabinets were delivered they delivered another order to my house. I made contact with name on the order and delivered the product to him (70 miles away) so he didnt have the same service I had received.
Yesterday, 07/08/2021 I was in HD and decided to buy 40 sheets of SKU:[protected]. I went to the contractors desks and placed the order for a will call pick up the morning or 07/10/2021. I had physically placed my hands on the product. Today 07/09/2021 I received a call that they did not have the product in stock and it was being discontinued. Now after all of this I am at my wits end. I am fed up with HD and the unbelievable crappy service I have received.

Desired outcome: Reimbursed for my contractors time, my time 40 sheets of SKU: [protected], 10' corrugated 30 G galvanized steel delivered to my garage approach at no cost, and a $2500 gift card for having to deal with all these issues.

Home Depot LG dryer with dent

Home Depot in La Habra, CA, delivered my Dryer with Deep dent. Delivery man confirm and noted he will write dorn on his report. I asked to replace the item with no dent and he refused because he said the washer hoses is already connected on the faucet. Instead he gave me tip (advise) to call the LG customer support about the situation and I can get around $ 100 to $ 200 refund or more (The more I lied the more money I can get). Upon received the delivery receipt thru IPhone found out he did not mention any dent (HE LIED). Called the La Habra location and denied my claim because the report is closed as complete with no damage.

Home Depot Gift cards

I purchased $2500. in gift cards at store 4041 south sheridan, tulsa ok.
purchase date was 05.28.21 05:30pm

I went to go give them to some of my employees that were working in the area in case they needed supplies.
One hour later find out the cards had no funds on them.
I purchased all cards using my Chime account the the money was deducted from the account for the cards.
Come to find out after speaking with the MOD several minutes after i purchased them Home Depot blocked them?
The money has yet to be transferred back to my Chime account.
Can you explain this to me and also transfer the money back to the account.

Home Depot Employee how one employee turned a pleasant experience into a negative one

I was shopping at Home Depot at2350-Cortez-Rd-W-Bradenton-FL-34207 for tile. I ending up spending over 800.00 on this one room. 8 more to go. Anyway I walked by one of your associates and smile and she (black) said Whatever. I believe this was done because I wore a Trump hat. I did not get her name because she quickly covered up her name and went into the back room. I worked with 5 associates at Home depot over the last 2 days for this order. 1 who showed me the product, 1 who helped arrange the pickup, 1 who took my money and 2 who helped load the items. All was excellent except for the one associate. In a workplace ones opinions need to be kept to themselves. Due to this, my whole experience was turned to a negative. This happened at at around 12 noon on 07/03/2021. I also am handicapped- wearing a portable oxygen container to breath. How rude and I believe racist was this. One other individual saw this occur and asked if I was OK> Now I have reserved feelings about shopping home depot again all because of one ugly minded person. Shame on them and I am sure they have had prior complaints.

Home Depot Employees

The four members of the electrical section at Home Depot Orillia, Ontario, July 02 at 1:30PM were nasty, unhelpful, grudging, miserable and rude. When I finally got one of them to help with cutting some cable (after several had brushed me off) she told me that the store did not stock it, even though I informed her that it was a common product and I had purchased it from that same store on several occasions. Another male employee told me the same, until I pointed out the cable on the wire rack. He then told me there was not enough on the reel. I asked him to check to see if there was enough for my needs and, grudgingly, he measured it out and there was enough. The whole situation turned out to be a very negative experience and the one employee told me that there were a lot of nasty customers in the store that day.

Desired outcome: Make it a company policy that your store employees take a customer-relations course before setting them loose upon the public.

Home Depot Delivery

We placed a order on June, 17 for the amount of $1, 998.65, at the time of the order they say will be delivery to a third party, we got the order today they knew we live in a condo, they left everything on the crate on the bottom floor, they refuse to take it to our apartment, we has been penalized by the condo for $350.00 and we have to paid someone $200.00 to take the item to our department, not only that, my husband have hearth surgery and due to this issue with the delivery I have to rush him to the hospital, you will be responsible for anything that happen to him, I expect you guys to take full responsibility for all this.
Nobody from the shipping company contact us before the delivery to explain how this work, I will persecute this to the full extend of the law.

Home Depot Windows

I paid $4000 cash for my windows from Home Depot. They were unprofessional they send in people off the streets to install my windows, blood was over my floor, and they installed the wrong windows. They keep promising to fix it and never did. Months have gone by I made a report with the BBB and yet they never came. As u can see from the pic one window is old and one is new. I was supposed to have two new windows

Home Depot Range installation

Purchased a range at Allison Park, Pa (no problems), purchased an installation package. Range was delivered, they said the customer was supposed to disconnect the present gas hook up, I paid them $20.00 to disconnect, then they brought the incorrect gas line hook installation kit, they stopped the installation, told me I had to call the store. Contacted store, Manager tried to get in touch with the installation company, to no avail, finally sent a store employee to my house to install the range-a GREAT manager. While all this was going on, installation company called, apologized, I asked when they could get someone out to install my stove, the first opening they had was 8 days. TOTALLY unacceptable. There is a disconnect between the store-great experience, and the installation company-terrible experience.

Home Depot 2 project loan

My name is Giovanni Mele. I recently had 2 large windows installation jobs done. The installer was the same person for both jobs. He spoke no English. Can you imagine? I'm over explaining the horrific experience with Home Depot. I don't know what to do. I am at the point to get my attorney involved. I truly think the owners, managers should experience the nightmare of their customer service by just calling the Home Depot. If anyone reads this email please call me [protected]

Home Depot Lawn mower repair

10 weeks ago I dropped my lawn mower, a Ryobi, off to be serviced. Everytime I call I get a different story. My last round is this:
Monday 6/21/21 I was told that it was on its way back to the Cedar Rapids store. That it was shipped out on the 18th, and the latest I should have it back is the 24th. Today is the 25th. I just called again, but now there is no information available, and I was told to call again in a couple of days.
I am not sure if they lost my mower (it has been 10 weeks) and they hope that I will eventually give up. I hae been paying $40 per week to get my lawn mowed, which means I could have bought a new mower by now with that money. I feel like I am getting a run-around, and noone will help or take responsibility.

Home Depot Delivery of samsung refrigerator

At first the delivery dates kept on changing without notification. Then it was rescheduled and notified to us that the delivery time will be between 1.30 to 5.30 pm. The delivery guy calls at 10.30 am that he is going to deliver in 15 mins, I ask him that why is the time changed? And he says you want it or should I reschedule.
Then he comes does the measurement of where it should go and says does not fit in. At this point he has not unloaded the refrigerator. I asked him to hold on, let me talk to my husband and figure out if we can keep the refrigerator in the garage. The delivery guy closes his truck door and drives away. I ask him to wait and he does not care .Total mis-behaviour.
It seems that they have the authority to take decisions on behalf of customer.

Desired outcome: Should have waited for 5 mins to let me make a decision, its been 3 weeks without a refrigerator. I was wanting to put it in the garage.

Home Depot Brad nailer

Hello I'm Robert Fodor I took a ryobi brad nailer several weeks ago they sent it out to an Indianapolis shop. So if they in house shop could not repair it then why not just replace it doesn't understand if it has a 3 year warranty make no sense to send a tool out that costed only 117 dollars I could have bout a new one or several by the time this is done I'm waiting almost a month now which is ridiculous for a small hand tool. The shop that handled this is the Home Depot tool rental dept. In Schererville Indiana. [protected]. I spoke to a ryobi rep at the main number 2 weeks back and still no resolve. Jesus all this for a non-expensive tool. Kindly get back to me thank u. Robert dissatisfied customer so far with the handling of this matter.

Home Depot Customer service protocol

have contacted customer service multiple time to inform have not received a statement. On a couple occasions it was noted I should wait for statement. Also true on 6/21 when payment is due 6/24.
After much deliberation had been informed another statement would be issued. 6-10 days for receipt of new statement. After payment is due. Will still be issued late charge.
