Ordered a patio set in store and selected a delivery date that I would be home.
Didn't realize the date was not the date I agreed on and the customer service clerk did verbally tell me the date that I wanted but put a different delivery date on my receipt. I called several times the Home Depot Store, Lawrenceville Hwy, Decatur, GA but would just continue to get disconnected. Contacted the toll free number and was put on hold and was also disconnected. Finally, a store manager called me back and was trying to help correct the delivery date. He could not get in touch with someone at the Ellenwood store and I also was trying to reach someone. From 4 pm I started working on trying to get this issue resolved and as of 7 pm I still have not been able to. This is unprofessional that a Store manager cannot even reach another Manager and a different store.
