Beware of this company!

I had paid upfront for a full two weeks car rental, to arrive at cancun airport told that my booking had been cancelled and deemed as late, which it had not the flight had been on time! I text the rental as we arrived going through passport control, which takes 30 mins to get off the plane and through customs, but it didn't make a difference they had cancelled my car and had no interest in helping me after a 10 hour flight.

On the booking I gave my flight number which was the only option I could give my arrival details on the website, and the wording stated 12pm pick up time. Which, without giving anymore options you assume FROM 12pm until office close that day. The website is deceptively unclear! what they mean is if your a minute late, they will take your money and not give you a car!

received no apologies or refunds, I got two rude emails suggesting i hadn't read the terms or given them enough information and then a final email saying they will no longer reply to me! There is nowhere to input the collection time on the website. you give them the flight number but they will not pass this on! they will do anything to take your money and not give you a car! total scammers!

Desired outcome: REFUND
