Please note that, I am writing to formally bring to your attention about the delay in issuing the Mini POS machine that I requested from the Kaduwela HNB Branch. I had submitted my request for the POS machine on 28th Jan, and the branch team confirmed that the machine would be issued on or before 13th Feb. However, as of today, still not received the machine and bit disappointed about this.
Also, I have followed up with the branch team & many individuals from HNB multiple times regarding this matter, but unfortunately the request remains unresolved.
