We went to the hilton garden by foxwoods - paid for a night that was way too much - the room was ok not super clean - it was supposed to have a jacuzzi tub for two - it was a single person tub with jets that went around the body — not like a massage - the room had lights that kept flashing all night — found it to be wifi stugffed in a closet — the breakfast was awful cold and stale - the morning we were leaving a staff member walked right into my room and I was naked — no knock no verbal announcement and it was 8 am — checkout is at 11 — there was no reason for him to walk in and he kept moving forward which was scary — my husband chased him out - called the front desk and they proceede to say it was an hoest mistake — not at all — we should at the very least receive our money back — I am still shaken from this - we travel alot and protection and privacy of guests needs to be top priority
