We ordered blinds in 26/8/2025 and given a fitting date of 06/01/2026 upon the order being taken initially we had received a few emails giving us relevant information, since then have had no information or any contact. We have today 06/01/2026 called several times starting at 09:30 to find out what has happened and now at 15:37 we still have no information after 3-4 telephone calls hanging on for 20 mins plus to be told "I am sorry but I cant tell you anything as we cannot get hold of the fitter, we have left a voicemail for him to contact you" this has been the response to every phone call by us, not once has anyone tried to make contact with us, I am totally disgusted with the lack of customer service that is displayed and we as the customer are expected to accept, these products are not the cheapest in the uk but the customer service is like a 2 bit bodge it scarper company, we were also made to sign a finance agreement on the day of order which I think is a bit underhand also an when you dont resolve this issue in the allotted time scale I will be contacting the financial ombudsman to take the complaint further.
