I had a Hunter Douglas blind that needed repaired. After calling two blinds repair people who never called me back, I called the Blind & Shutter Store to see what they could do. They called me back immediately, scheduled a visit and was on time and was able to get my blind off and sent to Hunter Douglas for repair immediately. Pat Smith, the owner is great to work with. We met him at the showroom and decided on the blinds we liked. Then he met us at our home with samples of our preferences so we could decide on best colors for our decor. He was very helpful with our final selections and budget considerations. Once the order was complete we scheduled the installation. Duane, the installer, was prompt, friendly and very efficient. We are highly satisfied with our experience and will happily work with The Blind and Shutter Store for any future blind needs.

Great product. Great service. Great experience. We replaced all of the blinds in our home. With many variances in heights and widths of windows the appropriate decision for blinds was daunting. Owner Pat Anderson couldn't have been more patient or helpful. Between dropping off samples of blinds and color samples since the showroom was closed, as well as professionally walking us through all the pros and cons of options, Pat led us to our ultimate purchase which was perfect for us. Our blinds were delivered and installed ahead of schedule and look fantastic. It's nice when a business underpromises and overdelivers.

Pat did a terrific job educating us on our options. He was very patient and took the time to walk us through colors and textures to ensure we had made the right choice on some wicked cool blinds. He was very transparent with the ordering process and kept us informed as we headed towards installation. At installation, Pat joined the installer and spent time on-site setting up the technology to ensure it all worked seamlessly. The Blind and Shutter Store in Parker is the best place to purchase blinds, shutters, motorized shades, etc. Pat is very knowledgeable about the products, sincere, cares about his customers and is very efficient. I ordered products from Pat when I first purchased my new home and then again a few years later when changing the style of window treatments in my basement. Each purchase was a very pleasant experience. The blinds and shutters are great quality and meet my expectations. Duane, the installer, is also very skilled and pleasant to work with. We first ran into Pat at the 2019 Colorado Garden & Home Show and were so impressed we made a note to call him when we were ready to put blinds in. We are very glad we did! After the initial set of must do windows we recently had a second go around of nearly every other window in our house installed with Pat's blinds. They are perfect and we love them. Pat's customer service is second to none. And I would be remiss if I did not mention Duane, Pat's installer. Duane is awesome. He is extremely fast and efficient with getting you scheduled. He has tons of experience installing these blinds and takes very little time to install a bunch of blinds. The best thing is that by the time he leaves you feel like you've made a friend. I can't say enough about my outstanding overall experience with The Blind and Shutter Store.

Excellent customer care and great quality! I ordered my window coverings when I bought a new house. The owner, Pat, helped me select the designs and colors that made sense in each room, and even helped me economize by suggesting alternatives from other vendors. The whole process was seamless, and the installation went perfectly. The installer contacted me to make arrangements, showed up on time, and did a great job, and was very personable. When I contacted Pat because one of the blinds became damaged, Pat responded right away, and got my blinds replaced very quickly. Again, the installation went smoothly, and the blinds look and work beautifully. Pat is the epitome of a local businessman. He cares about his customers, his family and his community. That care really shows in his customer service. I've never recommended a company more enthusiastically!

We needed some versatility with our window lighting in a couple rooms and were looking for some of the blinds that can be adjusted up and down. We thought The Blind and Shutter store would have what we needed and they absolutely did. Several options. Pat was great. He came to our house and helped us select the Hunter Douglas Duette Honeycomb Shades. We set up an appointment for installation and a few weeks later we had them up. The installer amazingly only spent about 20 minutes total in our house for 4 windows. And we love them! Perfect. Just what we were looking for. And already they also really help with temperature control. We live in a four story row home. Two of the windows are on the third floor and those rooms can get hot in the afternoon. The shades REALLY help mitigate that and the rooms are now comfortable. We'll see how the downstairs ones (two windows) do in the winter to help keep that room warm but we expect good results. We love the look and would have attached a few pics to prove it if this site would allow it (You can look up our review on Google to see them)!
