was off, the installation was sloppy, and the customer service was terrible. I had to call multiple times just to get someone to come out and fix the issues, and even then, they didn't fully resolve the problems. The blinds themselves are also poor quality and don't function properly. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company. I regret not doing my research beforehand.

BudgetBlinds ain't good, folks. We had a guy named Mauricio come over and he was all talk, no action. He lied to us and made promises he couldn't keep. He even took down our old blinds and then just left without finishing the job. And get this, he kept our deposit of $1700! We've been trying to get in touch with him through email and text, but he's been ignoring us. It's been a real nightmare dealing with BudgetBlinds.
BudgetBlinds Review: Decent Quality Shades, But Double Check Your Order
So, we decided to give BudgetBlinds a try for our office and living room shades. We wanted the Hunter Douglas top down bottom up style, which we specifically requested. I was really looking forward to my appointment with BudgetBlinds today at 9am. However, I received a text saying that they would be 15 minutes late. When Bill and Erika finally arrived at my house, I opened the door to greet them. Of course, with COVID, I didn't know these salespeople, so I asked them where their masks were and why they weren't wearing them.
Bill's response was very unprofessional. He simply said, "We're done here," and they left. I was very disappointed with their behavior and lack of concern for my safety during the pandemic.
Despite this negative experience, I decided to give BudgetBlinds another chance. I contacted their customer service department and explained what had happened. They were very apologetic and offered to send a different salesperson to my home.
The second salesperson, named John, was much more professional and respectful. He wore a mask and followed all of the necessary safety protocols. He took the time to listen to my needs and provided me with several options that fit within my budget.
