This is the second time attempting to order blinds and the second its been delayed / wrong item!... The most recent order I placed was on the 28th may 2025, I was given an installation date of the 23rd september, when the installer arrived that morning, he told me he only had part order on him to install (shutters) not the big electric blinds as they are out of stock and does not know when they will be back in!... This was the first I had heard about this, no one from customer services had the decency to inform me prior to this after waiting 4 months from order to installation! I find this incredibly unprofessional and such poor service! I was then told by customer services as the installer had called them on site that they don't know what's happened but will get this sorted for the following week! I received a email stating - this is due in on the 02/10/2025 to date I have still heard nothing! This is not acceptable! I no longer want the rest of this order and I want part refund back of my deposit if not all of it! For one I have paid over the cost of the shutters amount so that needs to be refunded plus I don't believe I should have to pay for the shutters at all at this point as I would not have even ordered had I known how poor the service would be and would have gone else where to have the work done all together! I want this complaint escalated.
