I rented car from Denver Airport just for 1 day. I picked up the car, I don't see any damage and driving smoothly no incident. I dropped off the car the day after. The process were running smooth. Their employee signed off and no problem and no damage detected. 10 Days later, they filed the claim I damaged their windshield. I didn't do it! There is no incident, no rock hitting the car and returned in good faith. After I dropped off, who rented the car after me? How many people? If they see the damage of the windshield or see any damage, why not spot it and tell me right the way or even next day? They wait for 10 days to tell me the car is damaged. This is really fishy and bad practice. Stay away from this company when you rent the car. Alamo and other companies are better. At the end, I see the bill they were trying to bill me. They add administrative fee for $200, are you kidding me? for what? For telling me 10 days after I drop off? I don't think so.
Claimed loss: $976
Desired outcome: I'm still fighting for it, it's not fair and not transparent to the valued customer. They want to do this practice then I will not be their customer the rest of my life as well as all my family.
