I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the repeated service visits for my bike this month. Despite servicing the bike four times in a single month, the issues remain unresolved, which has caused me considerable inconvenience and frustration.
Engine noise: Even after multiple services, the abnormal engine noise persists and has not been fixed.
Chain sound: The chain continues to make disturbing noise, affecting the overall riding experience.
Service record issue: The third service was not even recorded, raising serious concerns about the reliability and accountability of your service center.
Bike shutting down: While riding, the bike suddenly shuts down. This issue occurred after the first and second services, and was only addressed during the third service, yet it still remains unresolved.
Performance issues: The bike continues to suffer from poor pickup speed, sudden gear shifting failures, and overall lack of smooth performance.
Repeated costs: I have invested additional money into these services, yet the problems remain unresolved.
Overall dissatisfaction: The repeated visits and lack of proper resolution have left me highly unsatisfied with the service quality.
I kindly request the following:
Proper diagnosis and repair of my bike without any further cost to me.
Clear instructions and a permanent resolution of the issues.
Transfer to a different service center, as the current one has failed to provide satisfactory service.
