Kikker 5150 hardknock dont ever purchase anything from these people or call the phone number! They will call you a criminal and aa stupid and every other name in the book i simply purchased a hard knock ii from a friend with only a bill of sale i called and politely said "hi just wondering if there's any way i can apply for a certificate on the bike because i planned to make a project out of it" the agent on the phone started screaming "that's a felony your asking me to commit a felony i should contact the police you stole that motorcycle and you asking me to commit a felony your stupid " when i asked to speak with a manager he then started screaming profanities at me "your a stupid i have your phone number i'm calling the police you stupid blah blah" would'nt even give me a second to explain or ask questions! Yes i understand completely that it looks bad with out a certificate i could've stolen it (Blahblahblah) however as a consumer/ customer this company and the way he talked to me. This an absolute outrage and i have no idea how your even in business.
As far as the motorcycle i purchased you can take your factory certificate and shove it up your you stupid! I mean honestly who in the worlddddd would do business with these people! I work customer service and that is just absolute madness! However the bike very fun! Wish i never even called this place to be talked to that way because now that bikes getting sold!
Fraud
This was the biggest piece of CHINA made crap that our dealership has ever purchased in the 30 years that we have been in business. Mr. Kelly Kikker owner of this company is under investigation by the Federal Government and i can't wait until this fraud is behind bars. Mr.Kikkert claims his piece of junk bikes are made in the USA when anyone that researches this fraud will find out the truth that he gets all his CHINA JUNK components shipped straight to his CA. residents. These bike are junk, all of them and the only thing worse than his bike was having to deal directly with this Junk use car dealer. I could spend another day on the what a total unprofessional RIP OFF artist this Mr. Kikkert is, if his mouth is moving that means only one thing, that he is lying. Good luck Mr Kikkert i cant wait until the FEDS catch up to you and your little scam and put you behind bars.
bad customer service, poor quality product
This company and it's employees and or owners are extremly rude. (Kelly and Dave) called them left messages no return phone call. Finally talked to Kelly, keep in mind that all I ordered was a replacement gas cap! Asked him after 2 weeks of nothing in the mail and no charge to my bank card said he will send in a week and still nothing A GAS CAP! now, can...

hello I'm from philippines I went to california early this year planning to become a distributor of hardknocks here, I already bought and recieved 6 units of hardknock motorcycle for dealers price and now i would like to make arragements regarding distributorship and I already emailed several times to the owner mr. kelly but he did not respond.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Kikker has strict guidlines for dealers to follow, if you do not follow the guidlines, you will no longer be a dealer. It sounds like he does not want you to be a dealer anymore.
Hello, I bought one from some lady in SF that lost interest in bike. I tried to order a gas cap from the guy. No response from this guy. He does not give a rats ### about you or anyone else. He has by far the worst customer service I have had to deal with. I am not alone either other people I know whom of which have purchased the kikker 5150 have simular issues. Good luck. and to calland request a title is absurd. of course a company has no obligation to provide one but the anwer was not forthcoming as you wish to consternate with the arguement and attract any who know th answers about this particular question. and no it is not about ablative on armor piercing weaponry, and yu are never concerned with it nor if it is a uestin as your too busy harrassing the general public to form special deputized teams to seek you out for your annoying posts. the people on the phone were totally innacesable had not answers that i would give to ANY customer or poteitntai one. i called three times each time i was told they sell them bu tnot to my area. i requested in witing a quote twice adn was refused based on my race and ethnicity. nd further they said at some point would provide bikes to my area, and i researhd it they are a defunct company, , were never manufacturers and lots of the old kikker bikes were with falsified docs., all true. there are a few companies with similar names, some are decent some are old kikkers with a diefferent naema. but it was annoying. hemming hawing finally we dont seell any here. which is fine but dragged it along to proved that andwer later and a lie
