I, Krishna Avtar Singh, Advocate, Chamber No. K-120, Tis Hazari Court, New Delhi, purchased a bike from Mathura Jain Agency on 22/10/2025. All the rear nuts were opened and today on 2/11/2025, when the bike was given for service, more than Rs. 700 was demanded. When some service of the bike is still pending, in the name of service, they are selling their goods in the name of plastic. If there is any accident or harm to my family due to the lack of the vehicle, the company and Jain Motor Agency will be held responsible for it. I am sending the complaint by mail today, 2nd November 2025.
