HereSpa review: Wrongful determination

As a recent Service Provider for the Herespa Connect Platform, I addressed concerns on Herespa Connect payout scales. Has to what should be fair for both parties Herespa Connect and Licensed Service Providers. I have come to recognize that Herespa Connect on multiple payout occasions were taking 50% or sometimes more than 50% from the original service provider payments and this does not include the instant payout fees. Herespa Connect states that their payout scale fee is 14.9% + .30 + 9.99 (platform fee) this covers the platforms promotional, marketing, and employment costs. Once calculated from original service cost it shows to be a fair payout return for license service providers on the platform, but after carefully analyzing payouts as a licensed service provider I come to recognize that Herespa Connect has actually been scaling 50% or more from original payouts. After addressing this concern on 07/12/2025 and back and forth replies from Herespa Connect, as of 07/14/2025 Herespa connect intentionally removed me from the platform and claimed that a present client that has booked with me for the same date 07/14/2025 cancelled.

I addressed Herespa Connect with these concerns in a professional manner and stated that I want with is fair for both parties and this includes all licensed service providers using the platform only to be wrongful terminated stating above concerns.
