My daughter ordered a bridesmaid dress on 9/19/2023 and we never received the dress. She sent several emails inquiring about the dress and received a tracking and a statement saying "your dress will arrive within 5 business days". I email Hebeos customer service and the representative, emailed me back say that the dress was delivered on the 29th of July. I responded and told her no we did not received the dress, no delivery person pulled in my drive way or delivered anything to my mail box. We was home all day because it was my birthday and we celebrated outside in the yard. The representative sent me the tracking from Laser ship and it showed delivered and said that I needed to reach out to the shipping company. I reached out to the shipping company and had to file and complaint online and it will take anywhere from 24 to 72 hours for a response. I email the Hebeo's representative requesting a new dress shipped out because I am getting married and my daughter need her dress. The representative responded with, my address and asked if the address was correct, I responded with my correct address. The Hebeo's representative sent me another email with an attachment of a sign paper copy and said "you signed for the dress" the signature is not my signature or my daughter's signature and the initials that are on the paper is neither my initials or my daughter's initials. I want another dress or a refund for a dress that we never received and Hebeo's is trying to avoid refunding my daughters money or sending her another dress.

Desired outcome: I want Hebeo's to send my daughter another dress, or refund her money and have the dress delivered in onevweek
