Complaint is reg HDFC bank, Noida Sector-1 branch, S/B preferred a/c no.[protected] for debiting Average Minimum Balance charges 9 times from 17.08.13 to 14.05.2014 despite having my Fixed Deposit funds of Rs.3.5 lacs with the Bank. All this continued without even being given a single message or call that my AMB has gone down from Rs.10000/-. All this depute the quarterly charges taken by bank for sms-alert charges. Bank could have well informed the shortage as this happened after making the two FDs. Fed up with the hidden charges levied and want to close my Preferred account as well as of my husband's Preferred a/c.
