I have opened 2 OpenSky secured Visa cards in the past year, and everything has been great, no issues. Open Sky offered me an unsecured gold card with a $59.00 Annual fee that I accepted. I found out through my Credit Karma App almost a month after applying and being approved my score went down a couple of points because I had a $ 59.00 dollar balance that has not been paid and I do not even have the card yet! the best part is after calling Open Sky you can't get through the automated system because you do not have your credit card number. The only way i was able to get through was to use my other account info to be able to talk to somebody. When I did get through i was told OpenSky won't send the card to a P.O box event though my past 2 cards came to my P.O box. After customer service said for securities reason, I had to give them a home address which they already have on file they would send it to my P.O. box. After receiving my bill for the $ 59.00 today at my P.O. box and still have not received my card I called back to find out that even though they told me my card would go to my P.O. box I was told that it was going to my home address which I told them not to because I rent on Air bnb.

$129.65 and $100.

It appears Open Sky is adding false charges so my account does not show paid in full. I would like charges reversed and this credit card cancelled.
Open Sky reported negative information on my credit report.

I had a prepaid credit card account with OpenSky. I prepaid $200, when I closed my account, they never sent back the $200. I want my money. I've been waiting about 6 months. When I spoke to them, they said it takes 6 weeks to receive my money bank. Then after that, I never heard from them. They don't answer their phone call, or contact me. I need my money back more then ever. Thank you

I only applied for this card coming out of a bankruptcy to help build my credit back up. I have found their customer service really sucks. They do not back their customers when it comes to purchases. I will no longer be using their card and I want my $300 deposit back and they can shove their card up their [censored] because i'm done dealing with [censored] companies like open sky, what a [censored]ing joke this company is... You better handle this correctly if you know whats good for you... Filing a complaint with the bbb as well and you can go to hell!
