HDFC Bank personal loan

Dear Sir/ mam,
I have been applied for personal loan from the HDFC Bank Brach Haldwani Dist Nainital 2 weeks back, i have already deposited my all concerned documents to the officer for the sam. when ever i make call to Mr. Sumit Joshi who is dealing my case he always be have some excuses as well as their is no response from the branch, kindly look in to the matter as this is a matter of your organisation image also.

HDFC Bank credit card

I have requested a hdfc employee for Final settlement of my pending money on Oct 28th after paying a part of pending one.He Said will get back to you in few days.After that I moved to US to continue my further education.I called customer care no one responded properly.i got lot of intrest on the pending money.when I asked them I will pay they are not interested and right now forcing me to pay double the amount of money by bothering my family members.Please track all the calls .I have talked to hdfc employee +[protected].Please sort it out

HDFC Bank trivial message and alerts on email

I have received an email from your bank on the said email address on 17.01.2017 stating as under:
"This is to inform you that your Customer Id has been enabled. You can now log into Net Banking with your Customer ID and IPIN (Password) and conduct a wide range of transactions. "
However it is shocking that I don't have any account in your bank and this type of email is being forwarded by HDFCr bank. Pl take corrective actions for stopping these type of message from your bank otherwise I will go to take legal remedy for this communication.
The messages are also being received from HDFC bank on my mobile no.[protected] as under( 17.01.2017):-
Dear Sir, Loan Application of CHELLAMMA V of SHG DIRECT LINKAGE LOS NO.[protected] is DISBURSED for LOAN AMOUNT 14285 Tenor 18 EMI 875 Regards- HDFC BANK LTD

This message is also shocking as i haven't applied for nay LOAN nor my any account is with HDFC bank and i am being feel cheated what is happening with the BANK. Pl. take corrective action on my compliant.

HDFC Bank debit card wrong pin entry

I was trying use to Hdfc debit card in ATM machine and I typed the wrong pin code .And also typed the wrong pin in swiping machine, this happened more than thrice and hence my debit card seems to be blocked because I entered the wrong pin .
I remember my correct pin code now as I checked the welcome kit .I tried calling the customer care number but unfortunately everything is in vain .
Please help with this .!

HDFC Bank customer service

Dear Team,

This is with regards to my mail sent to [protected]@ hdfcback.com on 17Dec, 20 Dec and 22Dec. I have been following up with them and have not get a revert from them for a request. I was told customer service has to reply within 48 hours. Inspite of the writing 3 times I have not got an acknowledgement forget about a reply.

I called up the call center today 23Dec and I was told that they have cancelled my request. The customer care does not find it important to tell me this.Please do not want be associated with a bank who does not have a competent customer service.

I had also sent a request that I do not want to continue classic banking programme with this kind to customer service that the bank provides so please cancel the same. I have sent a mail to Mr Rohan Surve my personal banker on 20Dec and as expected I have no reply from him

HDFC Bank payment not received

I am siddharth Kamble, one of your bank customer, i am straggling last three months for reimbursed my 10000/-.
i am withdrawal 10000/- in Nerul navi mumai ATM but transaction not completed.

HDFC Bank payment not received

Hi

This is Aarti Bajaj. I have booked a ticket through redbus . and cancelled it due to not travelling on that day. The ticket I cancelled was on 6th sept 2016.
as per rules I should get my refund money back in 7 days. but till today I am not able to get my money.
I have contacted the red bus team also they told that your transactions from us has been proceeded.

HDFC Bank smartpay deactivation

I have not requested for smart pay service activation.I got a message regarding activation.I neglected it.After a month they asked me to pay
6511 /- to smart pay without my involvement.Could you please provide any solution.I wish to deactivate the service from smart pay. I don't even want to pay a rupee to that smart pay service activation as, I also got a statement regarding payment .

Please help me.I want to know the contact information to solve this issue.

HDFC Bank unethical behaviour

I am a senior citizen and imperia account holder with hdfc bank, dlf cyber city branch, gurugram and live in noida. On 29.11.2016 I went to hdfc bank, sector-18 branch for withdrawal of money. I was asked to meet the branch manager on the first floor. When I went to his room a gentleman was issuing a self cheque. The manager asked him to sign on the reverse also and called a bank employee to get the withdrawal and the gentleman left with the employee to get the money.
I introduced my self to the branch manager (Mr sanjay kumar thakur) and he did not even have the courtesy to ask me to sit. I requested him for withdrawal of rs 24000/-. He rudely told me that you can get only rs 10000 / - and for I have to stand in the queue with general public and get the money till it exhausted. I reminded him that I am a senior citizen and imperia account holder and you have just allowed withdrawal to the gentleman for which he has no reply and asked me to come next day at 9.30 am and stand in queue for sr. Citizen which is upto 11.00am. God knows what happens next day !I can understand the shortage of money but the attitude of br. Manager is not acceptable.

HDFC Bank account blocked complaint

Hi Team,

This is to bring to your kind knowledge, that my salary account has been blocked. The reason mentioned for blocking the account is address verification issue. The office has shifted and our office is based out of Atul Kataria Chowk now, and since the letter was sent at the old office address for which i wasn't intimated before the delivery of the letter and due to the failed delivery of document the account has been blocked.

I request you to look into the issue asap and unblock my account.
I have been speaking to the customer care everyday and all my money is stuck with you guys, i am unable to pay any of my bills as well with no money left. This is seriously stressful and a bad customer service. Please expedite the process and get the card unblocked and working.
Looking forward for the quick resolve on the issue.

HDFC Bank credit card

Hi,

More than 50 hours, 15 odd emails and innumerable calls later...
All for a 602 Rupees disputed payment which was credited by the seller and an initial interest amount of 1000 Rupees paid by me. But, this is to do with doing the right thing

I am being charged month over month for a disputed payment on my credit card since last year. This year(2016) in January, I paid all the interest amount and the seller also credited back the disputed amount.This should have closed the matter.
However, since then, almost 11 months later, I am still being charged for that payment.
I have written multiple times to the credit card division, the dispute division, called up customer care. They don't seem to be bothered about responding at all.

My credit history has been destroyed by this. I have been confirmed over call that the interest amount I paid was credited and also the disputed amount was credited. However, that is all they have managed to do. They have not been able to call me or talk to me about solving the actual problem.

I request someone responsible enough from the bank to help solve my problems-

1. Clear the confusion of all this late payment on a disputed payment which was acknowledged and credited back by the seller.
2. Resolve my credit history which has been destroyed due delayed proceedings by the bank.

I have all the details which I have not shared here. But, will do so immediately when someone from the bank reaches out.

HDFC Bank unethical behaviour of branch manager

I want to complaint about one branch manager of hdfc bank (Lonavala, maharashtra) due to ban of 1000 & 500 note we all were standing in que he might be indulge in some illegal activity. When I visit the bank one person came to deposit rs.60000 of change rupees (All the note are of 100, 20, 10) , after depositing change also the manager declare us that he don't have many to give us... Than what does it mean? For me he might b using that change money to exchange with third party illegally.. And might be receiving commission

He will show that he received 60000 of banned currancy and then he will use that unbanned currancy of 60000 which he actually received and exchange it to the third party illegally.

HDFC Bank credit card statement

Hi, sir anjali sharma this side.. M having a trouble with my credit card statement.. Coz im not able to open my credit card statement.. I called the customer care also I spoke with them regarding the same but im not able to find anykind of help.. Whenever I called they told me the same password which I have allready but when I enter the password it wont open... And this problem is effecting on my transduction's since last 5 months m troubling this problem but still not getting anykind of sollution plz its a request solve this problem... And one thing more I spoke with ur exucative about the wave fee.. The said will promise will wave that fee if u pay ur due payment I pay 10000 k still they wont wave the fee... Even when I ask them to make a installment coz m not able to pay the payment that time they said nooo a big nooo thet we cant make it coz u dont have a offer right now... Now u tell me what would I do now.. M not getting anykind of good thing with u... Very dissapoint with ur services if its possible than solve my problem otherwise I have to take an action with ur company.. Thanks regards anjali sharma

HDFC Bank money deductions.

Last month on 28th of September there has been two deductions from my account no: [protected] 1st is 500rs and 200rs on the same very day. Which according to the CCE is showing to be a cash withdrawal but I never did that transaction, and m sure nobody else can do DAT without knowing my pin number. We ideally receive a sms. In our registered number for the transaction but for those two transactions nothing came into me which would make me aware of it..

And again on this very month I had 114rs in my account as of 01.10.2016, then a friend of mine sent me 1500rs in DAT account on 22.10.2016 from that on 24.10.2016 I transacted 1200rs after DAT my balance shows to be 197rs and the rest of the amount is said to be kept as mi revenue hold which is something noone know wat that really is..

I request, please look into the matter very closely because its becoming a big trouble for both the customers and the good name of the company..

I have tried to contact you on your registered mobile number however could not get through.

The debit entries in your savings account(s), which shows withdrawals, have been made using the debit card at the ATM. The usage of the debit card is incumbent on the PIN number, which is essential for operating the card. The said PIN is privy only to the customer and except the customer nobody else can access the Debit Card and withdraw funds without the knowledge of the customer. Further, the said PIN needs to be kept discreetly by the customer without the same being shared with any person or persons as it may result in the Debit Card being misused. The misuse of the Debit Card in ATMs cannot happen without a possible compromise of PIN number.

Based on above information provided, the bank will not be able to bear the liability for the disputed transactions. We are however ready to offer our support by providing details of transactions, date, time, locations and all such data that could be useful for any investigation/ natural progression of the case.

Further, We would like to inform you that when you use your HDFC Bank Debit Card at other Bank ATMs within / outside India or at a merchant outlet outside India, and the transaction gets declined due to insufficient funds, the chargesof Rs. 25 per transaction (plus taxes) are levied. As per our records, such declined transaction was attempted four times on October 02, 2016 for which these charges of Rs. 28.75 were levied to you on October 25, 2016. For further assistance you may mail us at talktous@hdfcbank.com.

HDFC Bank refund for unauthorized changes on account and charges.

Hello sir,
I, azahar uddin ahmed had opened a current bank account for my company " sprindesk services opc private limited " to the branch of haibargaon - nagaon - 782002, with initial and minimum balance maintenance amount rs: 25, 000.00 [twenty five thousand only] . the account number is " [protected]" and my customer id is " xxxxx644 ".
Unfortunately I got a message to registered mobile number " +91 943500xxx" that " inr 6, 900.00 dr t0 a/c no xx2663 towards aqb ser chgs inc st & cess jul-sept2016 val 06-oct-16. clr bal inr 25, 445.25 ". but my minimum balance to maintain was 25, 000 only which I know from the beginning, but now why it has automatically increased without my permission and charged me ? even brace team during account opening told me to maintain minimum 25, 000 so please grant me the refund for unauthorized changes and charge on my account and for future please keep my minimum balance to be maintain only 25, 000.

HDFC Bank salary account on hold from credit card department

I am having a Salary account in the name of Shweta Narula last 5 years in Delhi [protected])

Apart from this I am having a HDFC credit card last 2 years ([protected] [protected]). Credit card department has blocked my 7000 rs without intimating me and put my saving account on hold. I called them number of time and request them to release my money however they strictly said that they will not release my money and continue with account salary account hold.
I do not have much money and requested credit card department to release partial amount but no Luck.

Credit card department were talking very rudely to me and abusing as well.

request you to please release my money and help me to sorted out.

HDFC Bank platinum debit card

I was given a Platinum Debit Card by HDFC Bank issued at Vartak Nagar Thane Branch. At the time of issue, I was told that this is a lifetime FREE card. When I saw my savings bank account statement, " ANNUAL FEES" has been charged for this debit card. I want to bring this issue to the notice of concerned authorities as to how the money against debit card was charged. I want the bank authorities to clear the position about the charges levied against this card.

My name is pradip kr das i am a senior citizen i have been forced by on of your employee to open a account in your bank with lot of facility than other private bank by telling that one condition as ia am a senior citizen i have to maintain rs 5000 and no charges it balance not maintain..

with this condition i have open a account as icant move anywhere..but this month my son is going undertreatment i have withdrawn the whole amount for which ia have been charged Rs 517/--.. i hope that you belive on word" service" i hope that this amount will be waive off on symathetic ground otherwise i will move to consumer forum against your company.

I tried to transfer funds from last 2-3 days, But I can't able to transfer funds to other account. I want to transfer funds Via IMPS to other ICICI bank holder. Everything is Ok steps:
1) Added Beneficiary Account.
2) Added Amount 3000/- and Remark
3) Clicked confirm option and in next page I confirmed erveything but in the Next Step:

Hi,

I tried to transfer funds from last 2-3 days, But I can't able to transfer funds to other account. I want to transfer funds Via IMPS to other ICICI bank holder. Everything is Ok steps:
1) Added Beneficiary Account.
2) Added Amount 10000 -/- and Remark
3) Clicked confirm option and in next page I confirmed erveything but in the Next Step:

I continue talked with your customer support, but your support services are very poor, they only asked question for security and said try after 2 hours, 10 hours, 24 hours etc but there's no solution from your support team. I really hate this type of Services.

I am also getting the same error even try to send within 25000.

If we try to send more than 25k with in the 24 hours of the new beneficiary account addition then we will get this issue. Try to send with in 25K then you wont get any error.
