Harry And David Don't order from Harry & David

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Ordered a Christmas basket and paid higher shipping price to get it to the recipient 1 week before Christmas. After being charged for the basket, I assumed that it had been delivered. Just found out today, January 18, that the basket never went out. It included wine and they apparently held it to confirm whether or not I was over the age of 21. I was never contacted by Harry & David for age verification. It really stinks. On my end, I was wondering why I never received a thank you for the basket. On the recipient's end, they assumed they were getting nothing from me this Christmas. If you order anything from Harry & David, you are taking a big chance. I talked to customer service today and was simply told, we are sorry.

Recommendation: Don't shop here

Harry And David Worst order experience in 35 years of past orders

I fell in love with the Harry & David Fruitcake confection in December 1973 while stationed at Clark AB with the USAF. My roommate's mother sent her one. She shared it. I started ordering it from Harry & David in the 1980's after college.
When they were privately owned, I ordered my items and spoke to local customer service reps who spoke great English. I never had problems with my Christmas gift orders until last year and this year. How hard can it be to deliver 2 fruitcakes to the same address? How hard can it be to produce fruitcakes in large enough quantity to make customers happy?
Their concept of customer service is a joke. I will do no more business with them. Their competitors get how important it is to offer great customer service.

Harry And David Awful experience this Christmas

Although, 2 gift baskets were ordered several weeks ago neither were delivered by Christmas. Still waiting for them to be shipped. Harry & David’s charged additional unauthorized shipping fees which I just had to notify my Apple Card to dispute as I was assured by customer service 2 days ago they would remove them. Kind of ironic that they charges me additional express shipping fees when they messed up the order and didn’t deliver in the first place. Epic failure this holiday season! Didn’t need to waste my holiday time with phone calls and chats to them to get
nothing resolved! And to also to have notify others sorry no gift coming for Christmas.

Recommendation: Avoid the frustration from ordering from Harry and David’s as it isn’t worth it

Harry And David DO NOT order from this company - THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE

BY far THE WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. They not only lied about replacing my order BUT it take a hour to get through to someone! My order was broken/ they offered to send a replacement that was NEVER sent and trying to get through to this company has been by far the WORST service I have ever experienced at a company. So basically they recv 60.00 free and I have NO product! NEVER EVER AGAIN!Just check the complaints on google they have a 1 star rating! definitely not a company cares

Recommendation: STAY AWAY

Harry And David Terrible Customer support

Ordered a meat and cheese platter, cutting board and box of crackers as a gift for my neighbor. When I received my confirmation it was broken up into 3 different orders arriving on 3 different days. All three days have passed and no products. Trying to contact thos company is a nightmare, their bots do not work very well and there is NO number to call. After a series of "chats" I was promised a new order and would be provided a new order number. You guessed it neither happened. I should have stayed with Amazon.

Recommendation: Stay away from this outfit.

Harry And David Horrible experience

I received a gift of apples and pears. The pears were rotten. After four assurances of re delivery I still have not received the promised replacement. Customer support is useless and incompetent. One associate I spoke with confirmed that the first replacement order had not even been placed. Three more times I was assured a replacement would arrive but have still received nothing.

Recommendation: Do not do business with this company!

Harry And David CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS IF You can find a contact number or email

I never received the cheesecake. I received the brownies and cookies. All were stale. I managed FINALLY to contact you thru the chat. That took 45 minutes. Your customer service is a nightmare. Had to actually go hunt for your email and phone. I received a refund for $110.13, but the order amount was $145.30. WHY did I NOT get the full $145.30? The cheesecake has been hung up in Ohio since the 5th. Delivery was suppose to be on the 6th.
I waited on hold TWICE today on the phone. Over one and one half hours total and still did not get thru because the rep could not "hear" me. TWICE!
Your customer service sucks. Not only did I not get my cheesecake, I had to spend over 2 hours trying to get a refund. And by the way the brownies and cookies were STALEas hell. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM any of these companies again including yours.
Thanks for the most horrible experience ever! I will never recommend Harry & David to anyone and will tell them about this experience.

Harry And David I was scammed!

After botching my order to a friend all up I was told on December 7th that I would get a refund. I want my refund HARRY AND DAVID! You have yet to give it to me! I feel so scammed by this company! I not only saved every transcript from all of the chats I have had with them over adding new orders to my account but also they have removed the chat option from my account and refuses to settle this matter in a professional manner! I always thought of Harry and Davids as an upscale kind of company...not anymore! They will chat you in circles and do nothing to help you! The customer service is a waste of time! I WANT MY REFUND HARRY AND DAVID! If I have to take you to court I will! I have ample proof that you said you would refund my money back and believe me when I say I will use it! Morgan and Morgan here I come! You have 3 days to refund my money or you are going to be sued! I'm tired of companies like you taking advantage of people!

Do not order from this company! Not only will they not refund after telling you they will, but they also get your order wrong or double charge you after you contact them! The worse experience I've ever had with any company! You have been warned!

Harry And David Royal riviera pear quality has declined and customer service is pathetic

I have received Royal Rivera pears annually for several years and have given them as gifts for several years. This year I received a shipment and my initial thought was that these all look pretty bruised and the box smelled musty. Not the aroma you expect from some high priced produce. Upon closer review when I turned the pears over I found one that was rotten moldy. I tried to report the problem on the chat application and waited after being transferred to customer service. After several minutes of waiting I had to leave. I called their customer service line and waited, then chose the "call back" option, still waiting for my call back. It's understandable that the customer service line is overwhelmed, looking at the product quality or lack of quality I'm sure they have a lot of complaints.

Recommendation: Pass on this product. What was once a company who valued quality products and service they have shown they don't care anymore. I will no longer give them as gifts (how embarrasing sending poor quality fruit). I have also contact the sender of the box I received to thank them and inform them to no longer purchase from this company

Sending rotten trodden moldy pears at extra charge is lame. Forget about their coned customer service line and just write them an email enclosing pictures of the damage and ask for a full refund or replacement. In case they don’t reply in time, make sure you get the charge disputed on your credit card. The point here is to not let them get away with providing you the worst of the worst.

Harry And David Duplicate orders that I did not do!

If I could give a lower score I would. I had ordered my friend a gnome cookie jar and a set of matching gnome salt and pepper shakers for Christmas. The salt and pepper shakers were substituted and did not match the cookie jar. When my friend sent me a picture I was upset and disappointed. When I tried to contact Harry and David via chat, I was told I would get a refund. When I went back to my account with Harry and David, I saw that there were another two orders there of the same items that I was being refunded for. I was confused as to how the orders got there because I did not do it. I tried to cancel the two orders but the lady told me that she could not cancel the orders because they were already shipped! I could not believe what I was hearing! I tried for 3 days to get this resolved and each time something else was changed on my account without me doing it. I give up in trying to resolve this as every time I do try it gets worse. I have yet to get my money refunded back onto my card. I feel like I have been scammed! Picture is of the cookie jar and the salt and pepper shakers that I did not order. They were supposed to match the cookie jar and did not. The second picture is of the duplicate orders (two of them!) that I did not order! I hated chatting with them as it was always in circles and never solving anything. During one of the chats the guy was so rude to me! I will never buy from Harry and Davids again! They not only got my 103.00 but they also gave me a really hard time! AVOID THIS SITE!

Recommendation: Avoid this site!

I do have copies of all the conversations in the chat forum with Harry and David. I will definitely take this further if I do not get my refund. I am tired of dealing with their inadequate customer service!

It’s hard to believe that Harry & David makes mistakes like this – their customer service and support has always been satisfactory and sufficient but the way they’ve handled my order with so much carelessness is baffling. They’ve failed to sort out this issue, therefore it is best to contest the payment with the help of your credit card provider. Be sure to take notes of all chats, have snapshots taken of photos showing your chats, and take photos for future use. Avoid further contact with their incompetent support and speak out so that others may at least be forewarned and have had enough of their tyranny. This kind of reputation deserves to be given out.

Harry And David Total disaster continued

My order was delivered several days late. When I spoke with customer service I was told I would get a full refund that was weeks ago. I spoke to four representatives since then One said he would write up the complaint and send it to his boss and I would get a response the following day. Never happened Three tries later
all said the refund was not processed and they would process it. Shame on me still no resolution. So I have sent all the details to BBB. Last call today “Chris” said he processed the refund and would send me an email confirming the refund. Tick tick tick tick

Recommendation: Let the buyer beware

Harry And David Poor shipping and no customer service

I received a birthday gift with cheese, crackers and summer sausage. The cheese was on dry ice which was completely melted and the cheese was hot and squishy. The Customer Service line said the wait was 1 hour and 30 mins to speak to a representative. On line Chat was supposed to be faster with "0 Minutes Wait" and 15 minutes later, still no one coming on line. Now I have to call my friend who sent the gift and have her dispute it with her credit card company. GRRRR!

Recommendation: Just send a gift card. They can buy the same things at Home Goods and it will be better

Harry And David Caution caution caution

They just dump your order on the récipients doorstep and send you a text with a picture of the box on the doorstep. If the package is stolen good luck getting à replacement!

I was told that after I ordered the product from Harry and David including the shipping, it was my responsibility to call the shipping company that Harry and David just set up to tell them I did not want the package left on the doorstep! Huh? Also, no supervisor would come to the phone after repeated requests. Another offshore phone bank for customer service! It was a $179 gift. Who wants à $179 dolar gift left on their doorstep?

Recommendation: Dont use Harry and David to send gifts. They just dump them on the doorstep!

Harry And David Celebration passport

I have been attempting to place a sympathy order to arrive by 4/5/25, but my celebrations passport account is still showing as inactive since 3/8/25. I have called at least 4 times to get this corrected since the automatic renewal payment was made. Each representative promised to take care of this - but did NOT. At this point I am very frustrated and would like to just get this resolved.

Harry And David Incompetent customer service reps that screw orders up

I purchased a fruit of the month club gift for my mother, but she passed away after the 2nd shipment. I contacted them to tell them and they said they would ship the remaining shipments to my home instead. The next 2 shipments went to my mom's address again. I've called in twice. I've talked with them via chat. They can't seem to fix the problem. I've asked to speak to a supervisor and even they don't seem to know how to make something right. Everyone I talk with says "not to worry" and they are very sorry but they never fix the problem. It is hard enough dealing with the loss of my mother and it makes my frustration that much worse that I have to keep trying to deal with this problem.

Desired outcome: First change the ship to address to my address. Then exxtend the subsription by 2 months so the next regular shipment comes to me and then the remaining shipments plus 2 make-up shipments come to me in order.

Harry And David Frozen oranges

I ordered two trays of honey bell oranges for my cousin, to be delivered the first of January. when delivered they were frozen, and some were black. three orders placed 11/08/2024 #W00604141155658. Tracking # FEDEX [protected] delivered 1/17/25 @ 2:02 PM. I called customer service 1/23/25 @1:00 PM and the lady that I spoke with said that she would take care of it. I tried with the chat and got nowhere. They said to try the website. I would like an answer

Harry And David The company, H&D, failed to complete & ship my order from 11-25-2024. After numerous attempts, they have not fixed it.

On 11-25-2024, I ordered items for delivery. (Order#5921015926/Total $218.63). One item was delivered, but the other was dropped off at the wrong address and was destroyed due to snow & freezing temperatures. I called customer service on 12-09-2024 and requested a replacement of the item. My wait time was over an hour. They provided a new delivery date of 12-21-2024, however the shipment never arrived. Called again on 12-20-2024, waiting over an hour (again), however, they had no record of our previous conversation or the order. The person on the phone apologized and promised the order would be completed and shipped this time. The new date of delivery was scheduled for 01-24-25. When I checked the H&D site to track my order, there was no information about my current or any previous orders with the company. My whole account had disappeared. I am quite disappointed and very frustrated with the service (or lack of service) of this company. After 2 months of waiting for satisfaction, I am requesting a full refund of my order. Any assistance you can provide me, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Claimed loss: $218.63 was the total of my original payment. One of the items was delivered on time. The other item (duplicate order) was never delivered, so I would like a full refund of that amount. (Approximately $110.00).

Desired outcome: I would like to receive a full refund, as well as an apology for the inconvenience caused by their lack of service.

Harry And David Customer service

On December 7, 2024, I placed an order. I spelled my name correctly several times for the woman who took the order. She got the email right. My name is: Susan Read. Email address [protected]@gmail.com She placed the order.

The next day the charge $139.94 appeared on my charge card. Three days later, a charge came in for $-139.94. I was mildly concerned. Then the same thing happened again. I called customer service. The woman with whom I spoke assured me that the gifts were on their way and would arrive at Christmas. (The gifts did arrive, by the way.)

Then the credit card issue happened again. And then again. And then again. Yesterday, Jan 8, 2025, I received a phone message from Gab L. telling me I had 24 hours to return the call [protected]) and that I needed a different payment method. When I checked my email, He'd sent me an email to the same effect, but the phone number was different. AND he addresed the letter to Susan REID.

I called the customer service number listed on your website. The man there was polite. He put me on hold, and I held for over an hour, during which I replied to Gab's email with an explanation that I think it's a name problem. Then I hung up and went to bed, it being after 10:00 PM.

This morning I received two emails. One thanking me for filling out the survey--which I did not do and have never seen! The other "delighted to learnthat " I "enjoy the order and so good to receive nice words from "me. Obviously a robot.

Hermesse D. called and left a number different from the one s/he listed in the email. Kenneth B. did the same thing. I now have five separate numbers and none coincide with the one on your site. Jevelin P. called with yet another number and threatened me if I didnt' return the call within 24 hours.

I called customer service. There I spoke with Reese, who 1) understood that the problem was the name (correct name=READ). 2) was extremely polite. 3) wanted me to give him financial information.

I am not giving information to anyone who calls from a call center, has five separate phone numbers, with none that match the caller ID, five different names, and five different email addresses.

You have the correct credit card number. You now have the correct name (READ). Perhaps this time you can get it right.

I placed the order and spelled my name at least 3 times. I gave correct information. When I saw a problem I called and tried to fix it, and was told it was not a problem. Please stop hounding me.

Claimed loss: Time, I'll never get back. Faith in my fellow man, I'll never get back.

Desired outcome: Fix it without putting me on hold or threatening me or sending AI emails. I'd like a response to the actual issue.

Harry And David Gift of pears, balsamic vinaigrette and blue cheese box

I received a gift of the above on December 4th, 2024 which said it was overnighted. The pears were beginning to rot and had black spots all over them. After spending much time trying to get this resolved an agent finally answered on Jan 2, 2025, and said they would replace my order. Sure enough, they came today on Jan 6, 2025, and the pears were in worse condition than the first order. The pears were turning black in spots, shriveled and soft. Only the pear that was wrapped was edible but it was not like the rosy Royal Riviera pears depicted in your catalog. I can't spend any more time trying to resolve this. My cousin sent this generous gift and I don't have the heart to let him know he spent a lot of money on literal garbage so I went to great lengths not to hurt his feelings.

I think your warehouse has been sending out unchecked boxes of spoiled fruit all this season. I never had this problem before. I don't know what is happening to Harry and David but I will no longer purchase from you. Have you read your reviews? It's quite an eye-opener and beyond unacceptable!

I sent a gift of 3 meals to my brother-in-law which arrived warm. No ice in the box. After an hour of waiting for customer service, they said they refunded my money. I have yet to see the refund.
Next, I received pears as a Christmas gift, and they arrived on Christmas Eve. I basically got a box of rotten fruit. I called customer service, put my phone on speaker, and waited over an hour for a response from a representative. Finally, they agreed to replace the order, which came on Jan 6th. I got more rotten pears. The box smelled musty, and the fruit was soft with black spots and shriveled. I don't want to go through this again and I don't want any more garbage sent to me.

Forget about Harry and David; don’t waste your time with them. You should let your cousin know quietly that their money has been wasted. Tell everyone publicly about the problem so others can also be warned about it. Get over it and buy from a better supplier next time.

Harry And David Single serve coffee (keurig cup)

We purchased a box of 80 cups for our Keurig coffee maker. The 1st one we used caused the bottom needle of the machine to break. After replacing the cup holder/dispenser assembly (including the needle). We tried again to use another H&D single serve cup and the Keurig machine display read: "This cup is not a Keurig approved cup and is not suitable for use in this system."

As an engineer, I tried to determine what was wrong and concluded that the plastic cup is thicker than the other Keurig brand cups we have used and does not puncture properly causing the failure. It may account for why the original bottom needle broke. I can't say for certain that your cup caused the needle unit to break so that is on me.

However we would like a refund for the price of your unusable coffee cups.

Harry and David coffee mugs do not work with Keurig machines, thus leading to dissatisfaction as well as the risk of damaging the latter. You need to immediately get in touch with their customer service for a full rebate. Give them your purchase history and let them know about the thickness of the cup and how it works. When they decline, raise an issue with your payment provider or warn other customers by posting this information about your experience online.

Harry And David Never received basket

I placed my order 12/9 for a fruit basket for my MIL. Scheduled to deliver 12/25 for our family secret santa. I received an email 12/16 saying it was delivered. MIL said it was NOT delivered. I figured it was an email error so waited for 12/25. No delivery. I called them and the automated phone service was all I could get on Christmas day, it said it was delivered that day. Not true. I called back today, 1/2/25 and finally got a real person to help. He asks me for my information to look up, as I'm saying the information, he puts me on hold! I've been on hold a half hour and still nothing. Scam company. He had no intention of helping me on the phone. I want my money back!

Harry And David English muffins for xmas brunch

I ordered my English muffins for xmas brunch as usual. I specifically asked that the order be delivered on the last delivery date of December, as my husband and I were going to be out of town until the 17th. When we got home we noticed a box on our front porch that had been left there during a severe rainstorm. the box was completely soaked and destroyed and the muffins inside were soaked. We had to trash them! I immediately called Harry and david and was told they would replace them immediately, as I needed them for our family brunch. I was relieved, but they never came. I called again and was told they would arrive xmas eve. Didn’t come! Called again immediately only to find out they were not coming, but was told they would be here on the 26th, which was too late…. After Xmas. I had to then go to the market to buy English muffins and apologize on xmas because my family looks forward to them. I called again and was told they would send me a 20%discount, which at that point I said forget about it, just don’t charge me for the muffins. I got my visa bill yesterday and saw that I was charged over 50.00 for muffins that we never received. I want that charge removed immediately. I have been doing business with Harry and David for years,and have never been treated so poorly by any other company. Won’t happen again! Michele

Harry And David Baked goods on tray

Our friends sent us a tray full of delicious baked goods which included a Christmas tree of cinnamon rolls, English muffins, Belgium Waffles, Kringle, a cake,etc. The bake goods were a little smashed but still edible. The tray however was broken to pieces. The packaging was far from adequate. It would have been a lovely usable keepsake and could have been used for serving the delicious baked goods but not in the state it arrived.

Harry And David Customer Service

Placed an order on 12/11 for delivery the week of Christmas. The order was under #[protected]. Today 12/23 at 3pm I get an email (they have my phone number and recipients phone number) saying they have to cancel the order and they are sorry--this is after having my order in process for two weeks. Called customer service and they could not help at all. To be truthful-the lady (Mircale was her name) would not even give me a last name, id number or location of the call center she was at. She apologized for any inconvenience but said she could not do anything even though they have been send me emails about you still have time to deliver to someone special by Christmas.
I worked in customer service for 30 years and maybe this is the new way of doing things but as consumers we have choices, please do not put confidence in Harry and David and I now understand why the reviews are so low.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology from someone who has the command of the English language and not a DEI hire. Ms. Miracle was unwilling or capable of helping or conversing intelligently nor would she let me talk to a supervisor.

Harry And David Order and customer service

Placed an order for a large gift basket weeks ago. I logged on to check the order status and found all items were canceled, but never received any emails saying my items had been canceled, nor did I receive a refund. Tried contacting customer support on two different browsers, as well as the phone number listed on their site. No one responded to chat. After 1.5 hours, I finally spoke to someone on the phone, who told me the best they could do was a refund in 7-10 business days. They said all their baskets are on backorder. Obviously not satisfied, I asked what else I could order, or what could be done to make it right? And the person hung up on me. It's been hours since the customer service agent hung up on me, and I have not received any email confirming cancelation or refund. After reading other customer reviews/complaints, it appears this is common, so I contacted PayPal and reported fraud.

Claimed loss: $100

Desired outcome: Stop scamming customers, and make it right. Hanging up on people who've paid and have been waiting for help is not a good look.

Harry And David Billed for something I never ordered

According to a notice I received from Paypal, on December 16, 2024 at 3:02 AM, I am alleged to have authorized a $31.98 charge through my Paypal account on my Cosco Visa account, Order ID [protected], for shipping to my wife at our residence, 124 Turner Avenue, Edison, NJ 08820, with a Transaction ID on my Paypal Account record of 4W376026SY982104N (Paypal? or Harry and David? or CitiVisa?).

I did not place this order, nor did my wife or anyone else that I am aware of, and when I tried to track the Order Number on the Harry and David site, it would not track, and when I tried to speak by phone to someone at Harry and David I was on hold for 47 minutes the first time and 30 minutes the second time, without anyone answering my call. It was impossible to get through. I phoned City Visa and was told by their representative that I would have to wait for my January 9, 2025 statement to dispute the charge, which it received. I think have been the victim of some kind of fraud and want the charge reversed. By the way, to date we have not received any merch from H & D.

Harry And David Duplicated order

I ordered three gifts on november 25 and somehow they reprocessed the same order on december 9th. The original order number which is correct is:
#5877007374. The duplicate order # is 5924191694. They are identical orders which makes no sense. Some of the gifts have been received, but not all. I would like them not to be delivered and the money refunded, or I will refuse to pay through my credit card.

Harry And David Fruit basket

Tracking number [protected], item number 33823X, order number W01005922420100, arrived with all the pears having been frozen and thawed to mush. not sure why I have to expand on this further. I ordered 5 baskets sent to different locations. The one received at the Aplington, Iowa, address had all the fruit frozen and then thawed I guess. All the pears were mush. It may be that the ones sent to the Coal Valley, IL, address are ruined, too, but I will not know that until Sunday. I need the Aplington fruit replaced.

Harry And David Ordered merchandise but was shipped smaller quantity.

Ordered 2 Boxes of The Favorite Pears from their catalog showing 9 pears in each box. I order the same item every year so they send me a reminder message and catalog. What my daughter received was 2 boxes with only 6 pears each that arrived December 9. I have called the corporate office to complain but after being placed on background and infomercials they advice the wait time is 2.5 hours so at their suggestion I tried their online service. Twice I had dialog that ended without resolution because they said they would transfer me to another agent which meant waiting 2.5 hours for resolution.

I thought the under 1.5 scores out of 5 on each of various online complaint sources below Harry and David would mean they have staffed and trained enough for this years holiday season because they have been doing this for 75 years. Guess I am just another victim of an organization without customer relations or care.

My requested resolution: ship the 2 boxes of the Famous Royal Pears with 9 pears in each and get it to my daughter, Michelle Mesler in San Jose, Ca. by Christmas.

Received your message and responded around 8am this morning but have heard nothing since. Harry and David has no direct email where I can forward a complaint so I hoped you would take the initiative to forward my message to them so it gets attention and resolved prior to Christmas. Sending a regular letter will take too long to provide a timely Christmas gift!

November 26, 2024 I ordered 2 Boxes of The Favorite Pears by phone while referencing the catalog picture showing 9 pears in each box. You can tell I am a regular 25 year customer that sends your pears as Christmas gifts. My daughter received the 2 boxes of pears on December 9 but they were not what I expected when ordering. Only 6 pears in each box, not 9 as advertised/pictured.

I initially tried reaching out by phone to your corporate office to complain but after being placed on background and infomercials they advise the wait time is 2.5 hours in the Q so at their suggestion I tried their online service. Three times I had dialog that ended without resolution because each time the screen stated they were transferring me to another agent which meant waiting at least 2.5 hours for possible resolution. I provided my home phone number because I can't sit waiting another day for response but received no calls or text messages.

Resolution: Follow through with the "Harry and David replacement or refund-Always" Guarantee and deliver the correct 2 boxes before Christmas to my daughter: Michelle Mesler, San Jose, Ca. Same address as in the original order.

Harry & David made a mistake with your order and in addition to that, their customer service was unable to address the issue. Given that there is no response on any of their support channels, go ahead and escalate your complaint by sending an email to their regional office along with all reason why and other details so they can ship the correct order.

If they don’t do anything about it, challenge the transaction with your bank because they did not supply the item which they had shown out to you. So don’t allow their bad practice get in the way of your festive plans, get it sorted out and make them answer for it!

10 days ago I placed my annual 5 holiday shipments. When I tried to get confirmation I saw they were duplicated. Dozen of attempts to contact anyone has been unsuccessful. You are able to utilize their services only on five occasions, especially during holidays. After this, you proceeded to make order confirmations, and this is when you realized the duplicates. However, there does exist an opportunity for you to get someone contact them, however, many attempts put in this have not borne any fruits. The fact that, you have been using their services for this long yet have not been in a position to get the concerns addressed makes the situation even worse. The inconvenience and lack of responsiveness are disappointing.

Harry And David Customer service

UPDATE to 12/18. Yesterday I called customer service that showed my order had been canelled. Harry and David employee told me I would have to work it out wit h Cheryl 's - They agreed to send per my instructions. Then I was charged double. Cookies were $29 from H&D and Chery;s charged me $49. I am a Celebration member. Here is my original claim

I am using this address. Because I could not find another. Please forward to the appropriate manager if this is not the correct address. I am amazed at how some of your employees seem to have any training for a problem.

I have enjoyed ordering from Harry and David and am a member of the Celebration Passport.

I had ordered a basket of fruit for two special friends I looked at my orders yesterday and found the special gift was to be sent in February delivery date with a Merry Christmas message.

I first spoke with Rachel last night. She had no idea how to handle my problem I spent at least 30 minutes with her– I asked for a supervisor or another employee and was told no one else was there – even though I could hear talking. I called this morning and spoke with Elaine. She said she could not help me and I should call back in to get someone different. When I saw February as the delivery I quickly canceled and called in.

Annie, I think, knew what I wanted. Just get the box to the stated address before Christmas. The first person (Elaine) said they could not help me because I did not have a tracking number. I do not have a tracking because it has not been sent. I spent at least 30 minutes with Rachel last night a few minutes with Elaine this morning and the time with Annie.

All 3 said they could not help me without a tracking number. I had no tracking no. because it had not been shipped. d for one. Annie said she would handle all paperwork to see the package was delivered by 12/20 I think I got her to finally understand what I wanted to do This morning I spoke with Annie who promised me that I would only be charged for one.

My time is valuable I have a disabled adult daughter that I take care.

I do expect some sort of refund or the ability to order something in its place.

I told all 3 reps not to touch my other order – as a cardiac patient, it does not help with getting so frustrated and angry After H&D rep told me I had to work out with Chery's Cookies, I had to start over with my problem. H & David just lost a good, loyal customer.
