10 days ago I placed my annual 5 holiday shipments. When I tried to get confirmation I saw they were duplicated. Dozen of attempts to contact anyone has been unsuccessful. The fact that I am now filling out forms and have yet to speak to a person is unacceptable.i have been ordering from you for decades .All orders were ordered simultaneously. The fact that, you have been using their services for this long yet have not been in a position to get the concerns addressed makes the situation even worse. The inconvenience and lack of responsiveness are disappointing.
