This website is a fraud and the seller is dishonest. THE WEBSITE REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE ARE 100% FAKE (SEE PICTURE ATTACHED).

This is NOT a USA-based seller. This is an overseas website where they sell very low-quality jewelry from China. The jewelry they sell is $1-$10 dollars from China and they are ripping people off. The pictures and the descriptions from these websites are the same.

The Dainty Script Name Necklace is selling for $7.32 on AliExpress (https://www.aliexpress.com/i/3256802757770651.html?gatewayAdapt=4itemAdapt) and $10.20 on Etsy (https://www.etsy.com/listing/1472919095/custom-name-plate-pendent-necklace). This is sold on Oragift for $90.

The Cute Disc and Pearl Layered Necklace Set is selling $2.25 on Aliexpress (https://www.aliexpress.com/i/2251832838127969.html?gatewayAdapt=4itemAdapt) and $14.99 on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/Pancert-Necklaces-Necklace-Freshwater-Everyday/dp/B0BZCZGM48?th=1). This one is selling on Oragift for $93.99.

The seller says the other websites stole pictures from her website when in fact, I caught her stealing pictures from another website to use for her fake review. After emailing her about why she is using fake reviews, she stopped responding to my emails.

They still have NOT sent my items nor given me a refund. I am having to waste my time reporting this to my credit card company and other consumer fraud report entities.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

The necklaces from Ora Gift are not good quality. They get tangled easily and the company won't give you your money back. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them.

Since *** new ownership, customer service has been top notch. I purchased from them in 2021 and again in fall of 2022. They are *** based, so it's nice to be dealing with people in my own home state.

Ever since *** new owners took over, the customer service has been absolutely amazing. I bought stuff from them in 2021 and then again in the fall of 2022. They're *** based, so it's pretty cool to be dealing with folks from my own home state.

I bought some layered necklaces from Ora Gift and they turned out to be much smaller than what was shown in the picture. The chains are so thin that it's hard to clasp them properly. Moreover, the chains are too short to layer correctly, and they tend to tangle around your neck. I even sent them a picture to demonstrate the issue, but Ora claimed that the clasp necklace is smaller, which is impossible to do. They were not willing to take it back or provide a refund. I'm extremely disappointed with this necklace, especially considering it cost me $51.00. I would not recommend purchasing it.

They sent my product to the wrong adress. I waited weeks to clarify the situation. I also emailed them five times or more saying that I did not want them to resend the product and to charge me another shipping fee!
They would not refund my money. They are a scam. They do not care about their customers. I realize why people shop at Nordstrom and other reputable companies.

I should of checked reviews before buying! Having exact issues as the reviews. I Received the wrong items & after contacting Ora they stated they only refund/exchange defected items. They requested I send photos of my order however it seems they have blocked my response & emails will no longer send to them from my email address. I am only requesting an exchange for the items I actually paid for.

I reached out to the company regarding a necklace with a letter placement issue. I sent them pictures of the product I received and compared it to the fonts shown on their website. They kept insisting that the placement was correct, but it was obviously wrong. On top of that, they always have this "buy one get one flash sale" going on, which is just a trick to make people purchase their low-quality jewelry. I've learned my lesson!

I bought a necklace for my daughter for Christmas. It broke on the first day she wore it. I emailed them to ask for a new one 'cause my daughter really liked it. They said they'd send one. Weeks have passed, and I still haven't gotten a replacement. I've emailed and messaged them on Facebook, but no response. I emailed them again to ask for a refund, but still no reply. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company.

My order number is *** which I placed on 12/5. I emailed the company to ask how long it would take to get my order because I saw some not so good reviews from other customers (I wanted it to be a Christmas gift). They told me it takes 10 business days to make the items and then they would ship it, but they couldn't promise it would arrive by Christmas. So, I sent them 8 emails asking them to cancel my order and give me a refund because I needed to buy something elsewhere that would arrive by Christmas. They didn't respond for weeks. This company is the worst I've ever dealt with. If you don't have 2 months to wait for jewelry and don't want zero customer service, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from Ora Gift.

On 9/3/2030, I bought a gold initial disk necklace and a link chain gold necklace from Ora Gift during the Flash Sale Buy 1 & Get One Free. I really liked the custom gold initial necklace, but I wasn't a fan of the link gold chain necklace. Since it was a Buy 1 & Get One Free deal, I decided to order a zodiac necklace so I could ask for a refund for the link chain necklace within the 30-day refund return policy. I tried calling Ora Gift multiple times, but all I got was a busy signal. I also sent two emails to the *** Support Team, but I didn't get a response within the promised 24 hours. Because I couldn't get any help from Ora Gift, I sadly have to keep a necklace that I don't like because I couldn't get instructions on how to return it within 30 days. I'm really disappointed with the poor customer service from ***.

If I could offer one zero, I would. Take my advice, DO NOT order from them!

After being told production would take 10 days, the necklace didn't come for almost a month. And the result is not worth the wait! The necklace is crooked, the connection points of the letters are not utilized and just left as hanging nubs, and the letters are different thinknesses.

I reached out to support and asked what my options were. They replied a replacement had been ordered. I didn't ask for that. I said if they are going to remake it, I wanted a different font because I don't trust them to do it correctly using the same font. They replied "All good, a replacement has been ordered" and sent the original specs. I said if you won't change the font, then I just want a refund. The reply being "Since the replacement had been requested (which I didn't) they couldn't cancel." What?! It took a month to get this and you're telling me you can't cancel an order 10 minutes after it was submitted?! I asked several questions to which I got no answer and instead the reply was along the same lines of pretty much "we don't give a *** what you think even though it's your money, we do what we want."

I am sooooo disappointed as I was really hoping this would be beautiful. Their website says you can get a refund, but they don't follow through with that. Save your money for somewhere else...this is not the place to use.

If you're website says you offer a refund, you should offer a refund. They also publish 5 star reviews on their website. I find both of these facts to be fraudulent and misleading to paying customers. After seeing the reviews on here, I will be also filing a complaint with ComplaintsBoard.com...it may be the only avenue for them to follow through with giving me my money back.

All I want at this point is a refund and they WILL NOT give one.

I bought a necklace with the letter D and another one with the letter A, but I got both with the letter A. I've tried many times to contact someone to get the correct one, but the call goes to voicemail. I also sent an email, but no reply yet.

I ordered sum jewelry on April 3rd, it shipped April 8th. I still aint got it yet and after lotsa emails, still aint got it, nor the 20% off they said I'd get. So I sent 'em an email with the post office thingy and asked for all my money back, but they aint said nothin' back to me.

So I reached out to the company again, and they said they would send me a replacement. But guess what? I never got it! I just want my money back now.

I bought 4 necklaces from this company in 2 different times on 11/28/22. I've messaged them MANY TIMES for a tracking number, but all I got was an automated reply saying that personalization takes time. The latest reply said that the postal service picked up a lot of packages and they'll let me know about the tracking. When I check my account on their website, all orders are marked unfulfilled. I haven't received ANYTHING, so I just want my money back!

Main issue: No shipping info provided, emailed support, 3 days no reply. Called the phone# they listed on their website, it's a fake one. I received 26 emails (each has a promotion code) from them on 8/21 since I registered my email. I have contacted my bank to withdraw the payment. But I also want to report this to ComplaintsBoard.com in case other people fall into the trap. I would like to hear something back from the business to show they are not a robot scam.

I bought two rings from Ora Gift, the 'wave' and the personalized ring, both in gold. I wanted my children's names engraved on the personalized ring, but unfortunately, the names are not clear at all. I contacted customer service to complain, and they responded with an email saying, "Please send us a clear photo of all the items you received and we will resolve this situation in your favor." I sent them pictures as requested, but their reply stated that they inspected the ring (which was just a picture) and found no defects. They refused to accept a return or provide a replacement because it was a sale item. However, it's ironic that the entire website is currently on a flash sale. Ora Gift lacks business ethics and does not prioritize customer satisfaction.

I bought two necklaces from Ora Gift on 2/20/2022 for $39.00. I wanted them to be engraved with the letter T. However, the letter in the photo on the website looked completely different from what I actually received. The only way to reach out to the company is through email. So, on 3/2, I emailed them asking for a refund. They replied on 3/4, asking for a photo and saying they would replace the item. I tried to respond to the email four times, explaining that I just wanted a refund and would return the items if they provided a free return label. But every time, the email bounced back as undeliverable, with an error message saying: "Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it." I think they blocked me from emailing them to avoid dealing with my complaint and giving me a refund. This is false advertising and terrible business.

I bought a bracelet from Ora Gift and it was all messed up. They got the personalization wrong, even though I clearly told them what I wanted. I emailed them right away to fix it and send me a new one ASAP because I needed it for a special occasion. But guess what? It's been days and I still haven't gotten the replacement. So I emailed them again, this time asking for a refund because I don't even want the stupid bracelet anymore. It's too late for the occasion anyway. But they keep saying they already sent the new one and won't give me my money back. It's May 30th now and I'm still waiting for either the new bracelet or my refund. Can someone please help me get my money back? Thanks.

I ordered 2 things from Ora Gift on December 3rd, and it cost me $60. I messaged the company a few times to ask why my order hasn't been sent yet. Finally, after 3 weeks, they gave me a tracking number. It was supposed to arrive on December 23rd, but it never did. I checked the tracking and it said my address was incomplete. So, I went back to my order confirmation to make sure I entered the correct address, and I did! I contacted Ora Gift again and told them they wrote the address wrong, and now the package is being sent back to them. I asked for a refund. They said I gave an incomplete address, but that's not true. I gave them the right address. They refused to refund me because they already shipped it, and they blamed me for the mistake. This company is a scam. Can you please help me get my money back and shut down this business so nobody else has to go through this? Thank you!

I bought some stuff from this company during their Black Friday sale. I got a bunch of emails with discount codes for my next purchase after I placed my first small order. So I used those codes and made 2-3 more orders. They kept emailing me more codes whenever they saw me browsing. The products arrived in the mail and they were really bad quality. I tried to return them, but the company said they don't accept returns for "on sale" items. I've been keeping an eye on this company and they always have sales going on, so nothing is ever bought at the "regular price," especially with all the discount codes they send. The company blamed me for not reading the return policy. I did some more digging and found out that they don't let people comment or review on their Instagram page. This company tricks you into buying more low-quality stuff that you can't return.

I ordered a Dangle Name Letter Necklace from Ora Gift on 12/24 for my friend. A few days later, they gave me the tracking number, but it turns out the address is wrong. I emailed Ora Gift for help because they are the ones who sent it, not me. They replied on Jan 20, 2022, saying I should contact my friend and give them the correct address. They said they would also reach out to them. Ora Gift doesn't seem to understand that I am just the one paying and not the sender or receiver. The package was returned to them, and on Jan 23rd, they promised to send it again. But then they told me they would be on vacation for a month. They finally came back on February 9th and said they were too busy to deal with me. They said my package would be shipped after February 20th and asked for an additional $13 to cover the reshipping. I'm not going to give them more money after waiting for 2 months. The address had a mistake in the street number, but they refused to return my money or deliver the package. Instead, they started sending me marketing emails for their new products. They said they can't issue a refund because they followed their policies, but I don't have a copy of those policies or the order form.
