Wish I could give them 0 stars. Ordered a Christmas basket and paid higher shipping price to get it to the recipient 1 week before Christmas. After being charged for the basket, I assumed that it had been delivered. Just found out today, January 18, that the basket never went out. It included wine and they apparently held it to confirm whether or not I was over the age of 21. I was never contacted by Harry & David for age verification. It really stinks. On my end, I was wondering why I never received a thank you for the basket. On the recipient's end, they assumed they were getting nothing from me this Christmas. If you order anything from Harry & David, you are taking a big chance. I talked to customer service today and was simply told, we are sorry.
Recommendation: Don't shop here

I agree. My delivery was sent to me instead of the intended person. I contacted the company as soon as I read the email stating they were sending it out to me. Sorry is the response I got. By the time the gift was given the pears had black spots and were overly ripe. First and last purchase of $140.00 Christmas present from Harry and David.
