Winni Very poor service

Very poor response & service

Very bad experience, 2 dqys before i ordered a cake, flower boquet and Ferrero Rocher chocolate for my mom’s birthday, while ordering i mentioned i have a function at 11am and tge same should be delivered by the time, from tgat time till today no one responded my request and today just half an hour before the delivery time they are saying you should book express service if required by 11am, this is horrible and and absolutely poor service, they ruined the event with their irresponsible service

Recommendation: Do not order with Winni, they will ruined your event

Winni Warning: Terrible Service at Winni.in - Avoid at All Costs

I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from Winni (winni.in) based on my personal experience with their service. I ordered a cake for my mother's birthday on March 12th, with the scheduled delivery date being March 16th. However, I was extremely disappointed to discover that the cake had not been delivered as promised, even at 8:30 pm on the day of the celebration.

Despite reaching out to their customer service team for clarification on the delay, they seemed dismissive of my concerns and simply stated that the delivery slot was not yet over and I would receive it by 10 pm. Unfortunately, the party had already ended and my brother had to purchase another cake from a local bakery store. Meanwhile, the status of my order on their site still showed "ready to dispatch".

When I requested a cancellation along with a refund, I was shocked at how rudely I was treated by their staff. They refused to refund me and implied that I should have thought more carefully before placing my order. To make matters worse, they disconnected my call in the middle of our conversation. When I called back, a different representative answered, but exhibited the same level of arrogance and impatience. He even remarked that I was free to complain to the consumer court, denying me the basic level of respect that any human being deserves.

As a result of this experience, I advise people to avoid Winni altogether to save their money, their time, and their personal dignity.

Winni Review of Winni.in: Poor customer service and mismanagement led to an unpleasant experience

Unfortunately, my experience with Winni (winni.in) was quite unpleasant. It appears that the management and customer care team are highly irresponsible and do not take their customers seriously.

I had placed an order with them and was eagerly awaiting its delivery. However, I soon found out that my order had been damaged during transportation. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer care team, I was unable to get a satisfactory response.

After several hours of waiting, I finally managed to speak to a representative who informed me that my order had been cancelled. However, I was later startled to receive a call from another individual stating that the cake was on its way and would be delivered soon.

I immediately informed them that I had already cancelled the order since the expected time of delivery had already passed. Unfortunately, I was in for another shock when I found out that the order had been returned as I had refused to accept it.

To make matters worse, I received an email and text message stating that the order had already been delivered to me. It's frustrating to see poor customer service and mismanagement like this.

I am still uncertain about the status of my order and have not received any refund or compensation from the company yet. It is essential for any business to prioritize their customers and ensure that they receive quality service. Winni, unfortunately, has failed to do so in my case.

Winni Winni.in - A Disappointing Experience" - A Cautionary Tale for Those Considering Using Their Service

I recently had an experience with Winni (winni.in) that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. While they may be an option for some, I would caution anyone considering using their service to weigh their options carefully.

I had ordered a midnight cake for my wife, with the added cost of a heart-shaped chocolate cake. Unfortunately, I soon received a call from them explaining that the heart shape was not available and they would deliver a circular shape instead. They assured me that the price difference would be refunded. I also specifically asked that they not reveal my name during delivery, as it is a feature that they advertise.

Much to my dismay, when the cake was delivered, my name was revealed and I was left feeling embarrassed. I contacted the customer service team to ask what happened, only to be met with a cover-up story that the receiver had demanded it. I found this to be extremely unprofessional and dishonest.

To top it off, when I received a refund from Winni for the price difference, it was not the full amount. They claimed that it was only 100 rupees instead of the 150 that I had paid. When I showed them the screenshots to prove the price difference, they simply did not respond. To add insult to injury, they returned the money to my Winni wallet, rather than providing a cash refund. I couldn't help but wonder if this was a tactic to ensure that they didn't lose the money while also making it more likely for me to place another order with them.

Overall, I was deeply disappointed with my experience with Winni, and feel that they failed to deliver on their promises. If you value quality service and honest communication, I would recommend looking elsewhere for your needs. In fact, I would even consider making a complaint to Consumer Court regarding their practices.

Winni Winni.in: Disappointing service and subpar products

Unfortunately, my experience with Winni (winni.in) was not a pleasant one. Firstly, the cake I ordered arrived broken and damaged, which was disappointing. Moreover, the cake did not look exactly like the picture shown during order placement, but rather had a plain top with a simple text. This was a letdown, especially as I was expecting a beautiful cake for the occasion.

The customer support representative did not respond promptly, and I did not receive proper assistance in addressing my concern. This lack of urgency from the team was a concern, and it made me feel like my order was not valued. Additionally, I have no confidence in the quality of their delivery service, and I would hesitate to recommend it to others.

What's more, I was charged a delivery fee of 200 Rs for specific timing, along with an additional Rs 200 for delivery charges. To make matters worse, I was also charged a further Rs 150 due to my mistake in incorrectly entering the pin code of the recipient's area. The website only allows for a ten-digit mobile number, making it impossible for someone to enter a foreign number with the country code. Winni's customer service team expressed their inability to reach me and unfortunately collected the additional charges from the recipient instead. This was very regrettable as it spoiled the surprise that I had planned for my loved one.

The whole experience has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated, and at a loss for the Rs 1848 + Rs 150 I spent on the 1/2 kg cake and bamboo plant. On top of all of it, the cake was not even delivered at the specified time, making it a waste of money and time I spent to rectify the issue. Overall, it was the worst experience I have ever had with an online delivery service, and I will not be using Winni again in the future.

Winni Winni.in Needs Improvement: A Disappointing Midnight Birthday Cake Experience

As a customer, I was excited to use the services of Winni for a midnight birthday celebration and placed an order for a cake. However, I encountered some issues with the timing on the website, which caused me a bit of confusion. Upon realizing this, I attempted to cancel my order through the help desk, but unfortunately, my request went unanswered. It was only when I sent an email about 12 hours prior to my order that I received a response. Although the reply was disheartening, as I was informed that I was unable to cancel my order, and could only change the schedule. To my knowledge, according to Winnie's cancellation policy, any orders should have been cancellable either 24hrs or 12 hrs before the order.

Despite my arguments and requests for a refund for the service, I was misguided, and my time kept getting delayed. This made me quite unhappy, and it seemed that I couldn't get a clear answer or resolution from the customer service team. As a result, I ultimately received the cake, but to my disappointment, it was of poor quality, especially considering the price I had paid for it.

This experience left me feeling dissatisfied with the service and quality of the product that was provided by Winni.in, as this was my first attempt with their services. I am saddened to say that I do not recommend them to anyone, as the quality of their products and their customer service left much to be desired. I feel as though I have lost my money and was not provided with a satisfactory outcome.

Living abroad and sending gifts to loved ones back home can be a tricky affair, especially when it comes to ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance. Unfortunately, my experience with Winni.in did not leave me feeling confident about their services.

I had booked a cake for my nephew's birthday and specified that it should be delivered between 10AM to 2PM, providing my cousin's contact details in India for coordination. However, the delivery person from Winni called my cousin only once and couldn't get through, despite it being a pre-arranged delivery window. When my cousin called back, he was informed that an additional 150 rupees were needed for redelivery.

This lack of customer service and responsiveness was frustrating to say the least. Furthermore, the cake quality itself was subpar and disappointing. The taste was not upto the mark, and it was evident that there was a compromise in the quality of ingredients used.

Overall, I would not recommend Winni.in to anyone looking to send gifts or cakes to India. Their poor customer service, lack of updated information, and low-quality products make it a dodgy service that is not worth even a single star.

Winni Winni Review: Horrible Experience with Wrong Products & Poor Customer Service

I recently placed an order on Winni for Raksha Bandhan and decided to purchase a rakhi, cake, and chocolates. I was excited about the order and eagerly waited for the delivery.

The cake was marked at 749/- on their website, which seemed perfect for Raksha Bandhan as it showed an image of a sister tying a rakhi on her brother's wrist. However, I was disappointed to receive a plain cake that was listed on their website for just Rs. 499/-. Despite having no intention of buying a cake in the first place, I was drawn to the image on their website and ended up making the purchase.

I also ordered a beautiful rudraksha-design rakhi after scanning through the website multiple times. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, they had delivered a completely different one. Additionally, the chocolates I chose - Cadbury Celebration, were also not what I had ordered.

When I tried to reach out to their customer care via phone, it was always busy, and I never received a response to my query via live chat. Their email support was a dead end, as they didn't respond to my concerns adequately and only offered me a 50 Rs voucher.

It's imperative to note that the experience was extremely disappointing, and I would hate to see it happen to anyone else. I believe that businesses should prioritize customer satisfaction and it appears Winni does not share this belief.

In conclusion, my experience with Winni was horrible, and I would strongly advise against using their services. It's definitely not worth the risk of getting caught up in their questionable ethics.

Winni Disappointing Experience with Winni - Incomplete Order and Pathetic Customer Service

I had a rather disheartening experience while making a purchase from Winni (winni.in) - I must say that it was quite disappointing. Although my friends had warned me against opting for their services, I decided to give it a try and purchased a few products from their website. However, I regretted my decision as my order was delivered incomplete, despite the fact that a message had been sent by Winni stating that the order had been delivered.

Due to the celebrations at my niece's birthday party, I didn't pay much attention to the incomplete order at first, but later the same day, I decided to reach out to their customer service team about the mishap. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any response from their end, and I wasn't sure about what steps to take next.

I decided to initiate a live chat with their customer service team in the hope that my query would be addressed. However, to my surprise, the representative left the chat without addressing my issue. I tried getting in touch with their customer service team a few more times, but unfortunately, the same protocol was followed, leaving me stranded and helpless.

I firmly believe that we are all humans and mistakes can happen - and it is okay to err. However, in this case, it was the company's behavior that left me quite disappointed. The lack of concern and response from the customer service team was quite pathetic and unprofessional.

I had initially ignored my friends’ advice about the company's poor handling of their customers, but it was my own experience that eventually taught me the lesson. I do have the screenshots of my chat with their customer service team, so I can validate my case.

I would advise all of you to be extra careful while purchasing from Winni as one mistake on their part can ruin your entire celebration. I would not recommend their services based on my first and last experience with them.

Winni Winni.in Review: Low-Quality Products and False Promises

My experience with Winni (winni.in) was incredibly disappointing. I ordered a cake worth Rs. 1000 for my friend's birthday and received a pathetic-looking cake instead. It was a far cry from what was advertised on the website. To make matters worse, my friend also received a cake from the same site on the same day, ordered by another friend for the same person, and the cakes looked identical. This made us question the quality of their products.

Furthermore, none of my specific instructions were followed, such as writing my friend's name on the cake. I had to make several calls with their management staff, and even then, nothing was done to rectify the situation. We were first told to consume the given cake, and were promised a new cake with an apology letter and chocolates. It was all mentioned in a mail.

However, a day had passed and no new cake was delivered. Winni management blamed it on the cake shops in the city being closed, and promised delivery the next day. But when my friend received the delivery, it was just five dairy milk chocolates worth Rs. 10 each. There was no apology letter, no new cake, and no compensation for the Rs. 1000 I had spent.

When we discussed the matter with their staff again, they blamed it on miscommunication. It was a devastating experience, and I was left to feel like I had wasted my hard-earned money on a pathetic site that sold low-quality products and made false promises. To make matters worse, this incident took place on 5th April, and it is already 25th April, and I have not received my promised cashback of Rs. 150.

My advice to others is to beware of this site and not to invest their money in such a pathetic company. They offer poor-quality products and make false promises that are not delivered upon.

Winni Winni Review: Nightmare Experience with Non-Responsive Customer Care and Late Delivery

My experience with Winni (winni.in) was nothing short of a nightmare on what was supposed to be a special day for my daughter's birthday. I had placed an order for a cake well in advance and had received a confirmation email that it would be delivered on 14th February by 3 PM. However, much to my disappointment, the cake never arrived, and despite my repeated attempts to reach out to their customer care via phone, chat, and email, I received no response. In the end, I had to rush to a nearby bakery to purchase a simple cake, causing a lot of embarrassment and disappointment for my daughter and her friends, who were expecting a photo cake. To my surprise, I received a notification the next day that the cake had been delivered, which was of no use to me.

My interactions with the customer care agents were also frustrating as they sounded like pre-programmed tape recorders, offering pseudo apologies and no real solutions to my problems. One representative even had the audacity to offer delivery three days later, which was completely unacceptable for a birthday cake. Unfortunately, this was not the first time I had faced such treatment from Winni, as I had a similar experience in October last year.

I would advise others to be cautious while dealing with Winni, especially if there are no nearby bakery options available. They do not value their customers, who have worked hard to save up and spend on special occasions like birthdays. It is disheartening to be let down by a service provider on such an important day, especially when you have placed your trust in them. While I did receive an automated apology, it seems like their customer care agents are only pseudo in nature and offer no real solutions or redressal for the problems faced by customers.

Their team on chat was very unhelpful and they disconnected the chat abruptly. There was no apology and no sense of taking of the customer relations.

The delivery person had messed up the cake and when I enquired for a recovery, I got the delivery update that it was delivered. Pathetic Experience and I am not coming back to this site.
