Ordered chocolate as a gift for someone (but had the item shipped to my home). FedEx tracking stated delivery would be 12/16 but the item appears lost. It is impossible to get through to a real person by phone or chat. Everything is "automated." I finally got a hold of someone foreign on the phone and she told me she could not understand me. She also said I could not cancel the order and that I just had to be patient and wait. On their chat, the "automated agent" stated the package would arrive on 12/24. Not happy, never ordering again ever from this terrible, mismanaged corporate company again. Everything is awful in this country and companies like this are a great example of why--their TV ads are nothing like what you will experience if you do business with them.
