How Las Vegas Harley Davidson Took a Sale From a 10 to a 1 in Under 5 Minutes!

Less than 48 hours after the purchase of a 45k motorcycle, we returned to the dealership only to find the exact unit priced 4k less. When confronted, they stated that it was the wrong price tag; this was flat out untrue! It was, “in fact”, the correct price tag by year, make, model, serial number, and HD MSRP. Their issue; it was priced at the true HD MSRP and did not include their 4k dealership markup.

Dealer markup you say?
Yes!

After being directly and clearly assured many times through many conversations throughout the entire afternoon and all during the purchase negotiations that this dealer did not markup their units, after the purchase we found out that they did.

This was not one conversation but many.
Not mentioned as a side topic, but directly addressed as the main topic of conversation.

We were completely mislead throughout the process!
Had we known the truth, we would not have made this purchase.

Any response from the Las Vegas Harley Davidson other than:
“Every word of this complaint 100% true and we own it” will be complete and utter nonsense.

We were misled and Las Vegas Harley Davidson is unwilling to take the steps to make it right.

Claimed loss: Misled regarding 4k dealership markup.

Desired outcome: Include 3 year service agreement in sale.This would financially financially impact them the least and benefit us the most for half the cost of the amount we were misled about.
