Joined and paid to become a Life member in 2004. Haven't heard from them in over ten years and can't even find website anymore. Life membership should mean as long as I'm alive, I still am here so where are my benefits. They were a good company back 20 years ago but now like everyone else take your money and run. Every year or so I try to find them again with no luck.

Desired outcome: They start sending me my Lifetime Benefits again.
