Single side of flex brew does not work. Have cleaned multiple times and it stops making coffee after a few uses. Tried contacting customer service and you are sent to a chat bot which is AI. It directs you to a screen asking for credit card info that will be charged $5, supposedly refundable. Not giving info to this site, probably a scam. Just want to speak to a person without having to pay to complain.
