I spoke to a representative on friday in regards to microwave I was told in order to complete warrenty I would need receipt I explained it was purchased in 2021 and that there was a 5 year manufactureing warrenty which he also agreed with but would still require receipt I was able to locate receipt and when contacted them back was told that nothing can be done idont agree with being told one thing and basically going thruugh every nook and cranny of my house to locate receipt after many hours was able to find it only to be lied to ask to speak with supervisor and given a calll back option which still has happened

Desired outcome: Replacement microwave
