Purchased a Flex Brew thru Amazon last August. As soon as I used the single brew feature we were all shocked by the noise it made. Then it stopped working completely. Now the carafe part is working either. I have purchased many Hamilton Beach products in the past. This is the first time that I have been disappointed. I paid over $ 115.00 and it only half worked for 5 months.

Claimed loss: Flex Brew coffee maker won't work

Desired outcome: Repair or replacement.
