Total a waste of money.
I've been trying to contact HairProductsPro since December 2015 and never heard anything from them! I have purchased a straightener from this company back in December and it is now May 2 and still no information regarding the status of my order! I sent them over 100 messages and asked when I would receive my order, but there was no reply. I lost my money and got nothing and I really doubt that someday I will get what I paid for. Avoid this scam at all costs and save your hard earned money!
Seller didn't provide refunds
I bought Karmin Professional hair iron from the website www.hairproductspro.com. I paid more than $180 for the order, but the seller didn’t provide it on time. Also he provided me fault order, which I immediately sent back. I asked for refund, and it was mentioned on the website that they provide it within several weeks. I waited 3 months, and I got nothing. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
False Advertising.
False Advertising. I ordered my hair dye I no longer can find, but the company hairproductspro.com tells me they still make it. So when I found it on internet I ordered 14 boxes so I would be good for a while. There were no phone number, but I trusted them. No order was received, no email back. I'm mad as I was so stupid to believe in internet sales! Please help us to get our money back!
