I had a horrible experience! My hair is naturally dark brown and I had it colored blonde a while ago. They dyed my roots and they left my hair with dark brown spots all throughout my hair. It also was a completely different color from my length (towards orange). It was not blended and looked awful. They have ruined my hair and did not even apologize about it. I had to go somewhere else and get it fixed. Spent my whole day in hair salons today. The manager was arrogant and it looked like she had quite some experience with complaints from customers as she knew exactly how to respond to what I had to say. I cried when I got home and looked in the mirror. I have photos to prove it if anyone wants to see what they've done to my hair. Please, for your own sake do not go to this salon. It is a shame this place is still open. Also, I did not receive a receipt, which is illegal. What kind of business are these people running? Should be ashamed of themselves.
