Returned defective pants three weeks ago. Called customer service on Sat. told they took orders 24 hours but helped customers with problems only Mon - Fri. Left E-mail. Received no answer. Called customer service on following tues, Not free call, was told takes 3-4 weeks to process a return, while it takes only a few days to purchase something. total unacceptable.

    I agree that this company is lower than the bottom of the barrel. They rip people off and even though you prove that they did insist they didn't!!! I was double charged on my debit card sent print out from my bank showing the double charge and the idiots STILL said they did not do it!!! they should be banned from selling merchandise. you can plainly see on the statement my balace of $219.92 and their double deduction of $35.48 resulting in a balance of $148.96 which is shown on the top right of statement. simple math yet they refuse to take any responsibility!!! People be warned- DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

    Yes, agree, it is a terrible company to deal with. I ordered a members only jacket and confirmed with the phone rep that the color was a sliver grey as it appeared on the website. She confirmed it was so I placed the order. When jacket arrived it was a very dark grey almost a charcoal grey. They refused to accept responsibility for the error so to pay shipping to receive the article and shipping to
    return article. Phone calls are fruitless as call center in in the Philippines and reps are not empowered to correct problems
    and are not allow to esclate problems to US. It's a lose lose situtation with this company. As far as emails. U will never get a response. It's the same address as then send out order notifications and on the btm of that emails it says do not reply to
    this msg as it goes to an unmanned location. In other words, don't reply cause we route these msg to the trash. It's impossible
    to find the corp structure of this company or it's corporate officers so no real way to contact any one that can resolve an issue.
    They did refund the amount I paid for the jackect of course minus the return shipping even though it was their error.

    Duke is an old Jewish habberdasher...sell volume, cheap goods, lots of money. Fast to sell, slow to satisfy -- if at all.

    I ordered two coats from Haband - one came ( wrong size) - the other was the right size but was not what i wanted - so much padding in it - could not drive wearing it. I returned both - i requested a credit. Instead of receiving a credit - i received an e-mail - Great news - we are sending you two coats - after i call the company - i am told that i will have to return the two coats that i did not request to be exchanged or order. What a crock of a company - when the two coats come - i will donate them to charity - and i will never order anything from Haband again - avoid this company - they are the bottom of the barrel in the business world.
