Ordered 3 pairs of slides because they were priced at $17.99. This was July 17th 2023 to be exact, it's now November 11, 2023, reached out to what I thought was the correct company after about 4 weeks of waiting, no tracking number or anything, to be told that I never placed an order with them and to check because there was another company with a really close name to them which was this company. So now I'm out of $54.96, and I'm pissed.

I purchased a pair of slides three weeks ago and have not even received a tracking number for shipment. I have emailed them four times but have gotten no response. I have requested a refund which also has not occurred.

I received a confirmation email as soon as I ordered the shoes. My money went through my bank the next day but no follow up email came.

I will never deal with them again

I ordered 8 pair for a wedding. I tried to contact the company to see about getting them expedited. NO RESPONSE. I did not receive them in time. I have emailed no less than 6 times, texted and tried to call since 7/17/23. NO RESPONSE. If you read the Return Policy you can not return them if they are on sale. They always have them on sale therefore they can't be returned. I unfortunately was not aware of this until I read other reviews. Unfortunately I am stuck with 8 pair. I know at this point I will not be able to return them but I don't want anyone else to go thru this as I have.

Bought a pair of slides. Do not like. Didn’t even go through the process of “molding” them. Just wanted to return them. I have been trying for a month to call someone with a recorded response of cannot except the call right now and have sent 4 emails and keep getting only the same automated replies with no directions on return, except for sending me a new pair for $9.95. Does anyone know if this is a scam?

I received a pair of cloud slides but they did not fit. I asked to exchange them for a pair that would fit. They offered me a discount on my next pair instead. I said I don't want the original pair that don't fit and that I wanted an exchange or refund. They have now stopped responding to my emails. I reviewed them through the link they emailed me with 1 star. I looked on their website and it says they have never received a 1 star review. Shocking they can hide negative reviews from their website and not honor their refund policy.

Ordered 4 pairs of slides, only 3 arrived. I cannot get a response from the company (as others have noted, the phone number doesn't give an option to speak to anyone or do anything; multiple emails have resulted in zero replies from the company.) My experience was similar to others in that the shipping said 3-5 days, and after a couple weeks I followed up and saw that the order number wasn't recognized on the company's shipping tracking and wasn't even recognized as an order on the website. No response to my email about that either, but the slides arrived a few days later. I'm filing a dispute with my credit card company now since I didn't receive my full order. And to top it all off, the slides aren't even very comfortable. They are way too tight and squeeze your foot. This is the worse online purchase experience I've ever had.

At first glance of the website it seems legitimate and worthwhile. But do some research into the products and you’ll see a completely different story. I’ve ordered a pair of slides weeks ago, and was told 3-5 day delivery, yet I haven’t seen the shoes nor even a shipping number. I’ve emailed multiple times, texted, tried live chat (which seemingly doesn’t exist), and gotten nothing back whatsoever. At this point I even lodged a complaint with the better business bureau and still haven’t gotten any resolutions. They also constantly say “50% off today!” Yet this sale happens every single day. It’s a lure to get users to buy the products for cheap, and then when they don’t receive a product, the company can refuse refunds or exchanged due to their “policy on sales”. It doesn’t help that reviews of this product differ so greatly, with half the users saying the quality is good, with another half having the same issues I’ve had, and complained about the cheap quality of the products. I wouldn’t buy from this company due to their scamming nature as well as a complete lack of customer service.

I bought 2 pairs for myself and my partner. The blue pair fit like a glove but the orange pair is smaller, even though both have the same size written on it. I reached out to the customer service department via email (please are saying the spoke to someone but the number doesn't work anymore). I have written multiple emails and requested for an exchange and a return label as the fault lies with the company. The agent replied back a few times, offering a discount and priority shipping if I buy another pair instead of returning it. I did want that and asked her to send me a label. I even sent her pictures of the slides and comparison pictures as well but to no avail. The company/agent continues to ignore me. There is 30 day return policy but the company doesn't follow it. The product is good but never have I been ghosted by a company like this before.

Giving them one star because they do not honor their exchange policy. Wanted to exchange 2 pair that were the wrong size and they refused because they were running a 50% off sale. Tried explaining I wanted an exchange but kept getting the same reply. Will never order with them again.

I ordered a pair of cloud slides last week, and the customer service was extremely friendly and the delivery was exceptionally fast, they arrived in just three days ! I will definitely be ordering from the original cloud slide again! The slides are also super comfy and I wear them everywhere!

I'm an older woman and I have sensitive feet so it's very hard for me to find shoes that don't hurt me, I tried The Original Slides and I was blown away! The therapeutic footbed is exactly what I needed! I stand on my feet all day so I really needed slides that were durable and soft, The Original Slides did not disappoint! THANK YOU!

Do not order from this company. As others have stated, they do not respond to emails, phone calls, or live chats. I am now second guessing myself on every online purchase wondering if companies are legit. This is the first time Ive ordered from a company that is not more recognized and name brand and I feel stupid for ordering from them. *** learned.

I love the OCSlides. Bought a pair to use while on my recumbent exercise bike. I am 66 and have foot pain due to neuropathy. The slides helped prevent a lot of the pain and numbness in my feet due to the thick soles of the slides. Will be wearing them when I have to stand for extended periods of time, as when cooking. My order arrived in a timely manner and they fit well. Very happy with my purchase.

I would give this company an F minus. I placed my order on August 13, 2022. I still cant get any tracking information. I have tried contacting the company. They dont answer the phone. When you call you get an answering machine which does not even say the name of the company. Im not leaving a message for a company who will not identify themselves. Sending emails does no good. They do not reply. I guess they are making so much money , they dont give a ____ about people. I need help with these people. Dont buy from them.

The first thing I want to say is WOW! After searching for hours and hours through tons of cloud slide sellers I was hesitant at first to purchase with this company, I placed an order for a bachelorette party @ the end of April for over FIFTEEN pairs of Pink O.G Cloud Slides, and I immediately received an email confirmation, and FOUR days later I received all of my cloud slides in perfect condition, along with 2 free pair and a thank you note for the large order, I have never felt so relieved with an online company, I will be purchasing more green cloud slides for our Grinch themed Christmas party this year! A HUGE THANK YOU, TO THE ORIGINAL CLOUD SLIDE COMPANY!

I placed my order through the official website two months ago on October 9th, 2023. My order number is 42215. I received a confirmation email and tracking number, however the shipping never updated and is still marked as pending. I have tried every possible way to contact them (email, text, phone), exactly as directed by the company themselves, and I have received zero response.

I have place an order of $59.94 on August 26,2023. I have not received anything I have called...the mailbox full. I have emailed several times and no acknowledgement of my issue. I even paid for protection for the items and still no response. I received an indirect message about a delay in shipment and reassurance that I would receive my shipment. Guess what...I did not receive my shipment and no further contact from the company. At this point, I just want my money back because I am no longer wish to conduct business with you.

I ordered a pair of slides 3 months ago online, and still have not received my order. I have emailed, called and messaged and no one has gotten back to me about my order. It is impossible to speak to an actual person. I attempted to cancel my order, but I have heard nothing. The Original Cloud Slide company has handled this very poorly, and I'm sure I will never see the slides or my money again.

8-21-23 ordered directly with company via website. Received confirmation email from company. Charge went to my credit card on this date.

9-1-23 went on website to try to get status of order. Entered order number (39905) and got auto response that could not find order. Sent email asking about status.

9-2-23 sent another email and then got auto response asking for order information, all of which. was contained in the order confirmation. I responded as such.

9-3-23 received email from company apologizing for delay and stating I would receive updated info through email.

9-15-23 sent email asking for update.

No further communication from comopany.

It is now 11-1-23 and no product received and no further communication.

Order #41588 - I ordered a pair of purple shark slides size 5 off the website because my girlfriend wanted some on September 22. It has been more than 3 weeks and they still haven’t arrived. I tried sending 2 emails to them, but there was no response. The confirmation email said it would take 3-5 days and it has been just way too long for my order to arrive. They did send an email on September 29 saying they couldn’t keep up with orders, but if that were true they should at least be able to respond to my emails.

Ordered two products from this company on 08/24/2023 for a birthday at the end of September. Shipping on the site says 3-5 days, and I've sent multiple emails following up with them (on 09/16, 09/20 and 09/26) qnd to inquire into what's going on with my order. I have received zero response, my order still hasn't shipped and it's now been over month with zero updates, contact or product showing up at my door. I am completely dissatisfied and irate that I can't even get a response from them. I have asked to cancel my order (email sent 09/26) at this point, but don't know how I can do that without opening a case with my bank since they won't reply and I can't initiate a return without the item being marked as delivered and without an actual an item to send back.

/I placed an order with this company on 9/14/23 with an expected ship time of 3-5 business days per the website. It is now 9/27/23 and I have heard no update on the status of my order after emailing them twice. After reading several other reviews, I am now questioning the validity of this company and believe it is a scam. My credit card was already charged for the purchase so I now plan on disputing that charge with the credit card company.

Order #41015 - I found this company through an Instagram reel. I placed an order on 9/7/23 for one pair of slides and was immediately charged same-day $26.88 (cost of product + shipping). Have been checking on the status daily through Shop app, for days it showed order processing as the status - as of today 9/22/23 it no longer shows any information at all. Emailed 9/19/23 and 9/21/23 with no response. Called phone # listed - it’s an automated line that hangs up after the message. I believe this is a scam site.

I placed an order on August 31,2023. Days went by & no update. I placed order number in the website, didn’t work. I googled customer service number & called, mistakenly calling the “other” cloud slide company who informed me that The Original Slide Company is a scam site & if I did ever receive my order, the slides would be fake. I immediately started emailing the Original slide company demanding a refund. Of course they never respond, which considering they have a gmail address, they probably never will. I googled their supposed company address & it comes up a regular house. I’ll be filing a police report.

I placed an order on 9/2, received an order confirmation email with an order # and was expecting my product to ship in 3-5 business days. It's now 9/15 and there has been 0 update re: my order and when I go to track my order on their website it says that it does not exist. I've emailed and called and no response. This company is a joke, do not waste your money.

I have been trying for a month to track my slides and then they finally arrived with no packing slip or order number and now I would like to return them but I have no order number. I never received an order number when I placed the order and that should have been my first clue that this company is bad to deal with. Customer service never answers their phones. Stuck with 2 pair of slides that don’t fit because online description is not accurate.

I ordered 2 pairs of sandals from The Original Cloud Slide website: the Santa Shark Slide and the original Shark Slide ($52.98). I’ve waited 13 days (order placed August 31), and my order still hasn’t shipped. I’ve received no information or updates. My order # is 40650. I contacted the company both through email and through text message. They aren’t responding to either. I would like either a refund or information on when the shoes will ship.

I purchased shark cloud slides and received them on August 16th. They were too big. After days on end of frustrating emails trying to get an address to return the slides I was finally able to obtain an address for return. I did as asked of the company sending them photos of the slides, photos of packing slips, photos of tracking number showing proof of delivery. The slides were delivered on Friday, august 25th. I have since been emailing nonstop trying to get them to honor their marketing of a “hassle free 30 day money back guarantee” to no avail. I have not received a refund. I have received multiple emails asking me if I want a 10% credit on a new pair, if I want a 30% refund and keep the slides. Criminal.

I ordered 6 pairs of Cloud Shark Slides on 8/10/2023.The order number is 39228. They have still not been received. I sent 7 emails asking for assistance. When I informed them I would be contacting my bank for a refund, I got an email back apologizing. The SHOP app said they were shipped on 9/5/2023 but there is no tracking number. Very disappointing! I wanted these shoes for a very important memorial trip to the beach in honor of my son. Please help me get a refund or the merchandise!

This company has been a great disappointment. I have ordered twice from them, and planned to continue ordering. This last time I ordered they had a buy-3-get-one-free deal. I decided to partake since I had a few bdays coming up. On June 1st, I only received 3 sandals. I emailed and got no response. I tried calling but got an automated message telling me to email. I text messaged them on 6/12, no response. Again the next day, and finally got an auto response saying they are experiencing higher than normal call and email volume. Followed up again on 7/11 and got a response saying to expect a tracking number within a week. That was the last time I got any response, despite continuing to follow up. It is now September, and I have still not received my 4th pair of slides. I believe this was a scam to get people to spend more money, never actually meaning to send the "free" pair. I don't believe I have ever spoken to an actual person from this place.

I ordered two pairs in late March. They are way too big, like too big for my husband. I contacted the company and that said it’s the wrong company. They told me to contact a “different cloud slid company, which I did. Coincidentally I got the same woman for both companies, saying “it’s not real”. We have been back and forth, me and this woman who answers emails for two different slide companies but the Original Cloud is the site where I bought the shoes.

I was instructed finally to mail them back. I did so and neither email recipient will answer me. I’m so frustrated and was given rheumatoid. Now I’m out $48!

I ordered a pair of slides and they are way too big so I wanted to return them. They didn't come with return instructions, so I went to the website I ordered them from, found the return policy, and contacted the customer service email. I sent them an email with my order number telling them I need to return them because they didn't fit. They emailed me back (in broken English) telling me that I didn't order through them, that I ordered "fakes" through a different website, and they are refusing to refund my money. I am so tired of getting scammed online by illegitimate businesses! I am seriously thinking about getting the police involved.
