Dear H & R Block, Manager and staff,

I write to let you know Mrs. L. Neill is calling me and left me a voice message.

And again, she is not listening to me, and she said some kind of rude and said she wanted something from me. A lot of this and say it suddenly slow and suddenly fast, and she is complaint something and some something ridiculous about something. Yes she said I have cause her trouble and said something is very bad like fake paper. Yes FAKE this word, I quickly hang up and delete the message. Now is at night time around 10:30pm. I hope I will not have to meet with Mrs. A. Neil again if she has to speak to me like a slave.

In order to have my family tax refund done, right now I have to file a report to get a new and update 1099 G form [about the tax withheld amount needed to be correct and explained detailly]. And in fact, I have did that this afternoon after I spoke with Office manager Mr. Thomy and Mrs. Carolyn about my needs of this year tax refund preparation 2020 of my family.

I have nothing more to say but to wait for the government paper and then do my tax refund by H & R block again with someone I trusted as a partner to handle my family tax refund. Of course we are willing to pay the fee like past 21 years that I and my husband have with H & R block tax refund preparation service.

I knew this year tax refund will be kind of headache and troublesome due to coronavirus outbreak and stimulus fund. But I never thought I felt like a slave when talking about the needs for my family tax refund preparation at Camelback H and R block's office in these couple of days particularly with Mrs. A. Neil. I am so sorry if I may offend anyone, perhaps my american english is not so fluent. But I do speak british English and I have been in Amercia over 20 years and let H & R block did the tax refunds for many many years. And I have a very good and excellent relationship with H & R block. I hope this threatening left message left by Mrs. A Neill to my voice mail in my cell phone will not happen again.

P.S. My tax refund will have to delay until I receive the necessary update 1099G document, at this moment please stop the preparation process. And please do not take client[my family] paper or file for gossiping. I do appreciate private and confidential when handling important documents.
And for the sake of Mrs. A. Neil's sister at the other location. I do not know her, I only met her once on a walk in and we are total stranger. And what Mrs. A Neil kept on mentioning her sister or something something, I have no idea. Please ask her stop harassing me.
