H-E-B review: Single roses

When the HEB at mopac and parmer remodeled and put the flower shop at the front, I told the flower employee that my husband buys me a single rose every week and that he had trouble getting them at HEB. And, she told me that they would have a bucket of single red roses behind the register everyday Monday-Friday before 5:00.. However, this has been inconsistent. When we went to HEB today, I told Trisha, the flower manager and she pretty much said they didn’t have any and it wasn’t her problem. She could have easily separated one dozen into 12 single roses, but she was 100% against having to do anything to help even though her and another employee were just standing there with nothing to do.

Desired outcome: Start carrying roses 12-5 Monday-Friday like the initial manager said they would.
