I called the store to get an opinion between sets of guitar strings. Only asked 2 questions and within the 1 minute call the guy got increasingly hostile in tone. I didn't say anything to rile him up. He hung up on me after. I'm still new to shopping with this company and this is the 2nd time I've gotten sarcastic answers to easy questions. I wouldn't ask if I didn't already search the store for what I needed.
Desired outcome: I want better customer service training for the team. No one whether beginner or pro should be spoken to like that.
