Green Dot review: Lazy and no customer service

Green Dot Bank is lazy and doesn't care about its customers. Zero customer service. I was forced to file fraud against someone who withdrew money from my Apple Cash account that wasn't me and wasn't authorized. They denied the fraud and I requsted documentation of the investigation they conducted. Realistically there was no investigation and they decided based on things such as I had sufficient funds when the withdrawals were made and other irrelevant things that make no sense. They are the epitome of fraud themselves. As a former LEO I know how to conduct investigations and there was NO investigation in this matter. Just get rid of the problem bunch of garbage. I hate any involvement with this bank and so will no longer use Apple Cash since they associate with them.
