Great Wolf Lodge review: Points from vacation April 2026
Our family had a stay at GWL in April 2026. I checked points after 5 days but no points have been awarded. I contacted the chat which promised to connect me to a person who could assist. No answer. Tried again- still no answer. No 800 number to reach GWL. Would like to book next stay but can’t seem to find points to get discount. How to contact a live person?
