Great Wolf Lodge - Front desk

I was quoted my room would be under the special of $99. A night and was charged 169 per night. I need money returned to me because of the dishonesty twice from the front desk. [protected] Ms McClain. I'm going to bring this to the news channel if nothing is done soon. The first 2 night I was quoted $114. Per night the last night I was quoted $99. Per night. When I checked my account the amount is $169. The took from my account. They tried telling me one of the taxes is $30 per night which is nonsense. When I checked out they wouldn't give me a receipt for my stay. I need something done immediately. With a reimbursement on the overpayments I had to make.

Desired outcome: Refund of extra money taken

Great Wolf Lodge - management/cleanliness/overcharged

I booked my reservation back in October 2019 for January 31-January 2nd. I paid for half $300 when I booked. I called a few days before to tell the front desk, I had a new debit card, same bank account (money was already debited from my account) the employee was rude and annoyed that I wanted to put a new card on file. She desired the only way to do this was to refund my deposit! My bank account has still not issued a refund and after several other problems with management and front desk I have been over charged by the resort and given a breakfast voucher as a resolution to having several hundred dollars pending refund and held up by their resort.
The service in the restaurant was awful! Food was over priced and Below grade quality. The waitstaff is slow and rude. We were ignored and our coffee came out 45 min. Later after we finished breakfast.
The pool was over chlorinated and burned eyes and kids all had developed rashes like burn marks from
The strong chemicals. There was fecal matter all over the pool decking and took guests 45 min. To find staff to clean it up. It was disgusting!
The room was never cleaned, we had to ask for more towels. The fold out couch was uncomfortable and no blankets on Queen bed (only sheet).
This company doesn't put their guests first, they have excuses for their poor customer service and couldn't careless if they lost business because they make too much money off of their mediocre business to care if they upset anyone who is paying $$$$$ to stay and not have a pleasant experience.
