Vacation Package scams
This company called today, [protected] about $ 2500.00 travel credits that have been, taken out since 2019. and not used under a variety of contacts with different company names They are asking me for another # 598.00 dollars to keep that account active. They claim that this package did not have lifetime usage agreements. This is a lie. These packages were all sold to me and the agents stated that they would never expire.
The travel agent/manager was Lisa (she stated) They have no callback number and the website is not active.. She said she could only give me a number after I signed up with a credit card. A previous man called a few days ago by the name of Harley, making the same claims of an extended package that required more money. The number that showed up on my telephone was [protected] from Wilton Connecticut.
Claimed loss: $ 3000.00 or more.
Desired outcome: Full Refund plus 100,000 for harassment. These people are professional con artists.

A rip-off
Great Vacations is a company based on inaccuracies, false promises, and sales pressure. Once they got our money, they 'forgot' about us. They promised to send a 'Welcome Package' in a week: 3 weeks later they were not responding to our phone calls and when they did, they left an out-of-order return number. When you complain, they counter with more lies about unsent emails or phone calls. We are in the process of filing a complaint with every possible national & local agency for praying especially for seniors.
Stay away: far, far away, and if you did sign something, fight it.
