My wife had Periodontal Maintenance service perform at Great Expressions when a routine bi - annual routine cleaning was done. Our insurance company denied the claim due to the fact that there was no prior evidence of a past periodontal procedure preformed. In order for you to require Periodontal Maintenance you must have a periodontal deep gum or scaling done first. I wrote letters to the doctor, Great Expressions corporate and my insurance company with no resolution. I am also disappointed with the surprise billing that my wife and I received. Great Expressions still sends us bills with the risk of this issue going to collection agencies
