Great Expressions Dental Centers review: Dental Cleaning Appointment

I would like to rate 0. I had an appointment for a cleaning .. they refuse to clean. The doctor said I need maintenance cleaning ..the hygienist said no need deep clean only. I thought the doctor was in charge. I agreed to deep cleaning which cost me money .. they then refuse to do any until I see a specialist because of medical test I'm taking at my doctor. This has nothing to do with my teeth cleaning. I am now over the 6 month due time. I ask them not to charge my insurance because they did nothing. I only get 2 visits no charge per year. I am a senior on fix income. I now have to monitor to see if they took one of my visits. I have now changed to a different dental office which delays my cleaning for another month .. which puts my dental care far behind. This place was unbelievable. They also said my appointment was 2 pm and once I arrived they said it was 3pm.
